They're full of crap

I have poor credit hence coming to a buy here pay here, I went to the dealership for the 1st time in June of 2018 looking at diesel pickups and due to my credit was told to buy a 05 tundra instead and that after 1 yr off on time payments I'd be allowed to come back and trade up no strings attached...today I took the truck back to trade out of only to be told they need ANOTHER yr of paying for this vehicle I don't like or want, the Market value on this truck is probably around 5 or 6 thousand and I still owe 12000 and am stuck upside down or takin a major hit on my already shaky credit since they report your payments... DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE

message to the owner of this company

in my review i will tell my experience that happened today 11/28/2018..this is not only a warning for anyone thinking about purchasing a car from first place auto it is also a message directly to the owner of this company on the character of the employees representing your business..i purchased a dodge ram 1500 about a month ago i had looked at it several times and really liked the truck..the sales people and everyone at the dealership were very professional,helpful and friendly even though i decided not to rate them in this review due to what happened next..the day of the sale the engine light came on i noticed it and brought it to the dealerships attention..it was written in the contract that first place auto would be responsible for repairing the reason the light came on and would do the oil changes for the first year..i called and set an appointment for 8am for an oil change and put the truck on the machine to turn off the engine light..i was worried about missing work im a single dad and expressed this concern and i was told i would be in and out within a hour ..after i arrived at 750am i met the service supervisor Rudy i noticed he was loud ordering his employees around and seemed like an arrogant person ..they put the truck on the lift and noticed the reason for the engine light being on was a slight leak in the fuel line..it wasnt enough of a leak for even one drop of fuel to hit the ground but kept the pressure from building so the engine light came on..everything from this point forward will be almost word for word..Rudy told me he would get the part right over and it would be ready by lunch..i said ok i will notify my work and let them know..at lunch i called and the lady on the phone said they had trouble finding the part she would call when its ready..again i said ok but do you have an estimated time so i can notify my work she became irritated and uninterested in finding out any information for me..at 2pm i went up to the shop again i talked to Rudy this time he was irritated i was there and told me hes been waiting on the delivery of the part all day and that he cant make dodge move faster..i said i understand i will check back later today but i cant miss work tomorrow like i did today i lost 250 dollars today and i was just suppose to be here for an oil change and turn the light off my work is upset and been calling me all day..i left for a couple hours and came back at 430pm my truck had been moved to the back of the car lot..i asked if he got the part he said no and i cant let you take the truck..i said what do you mean i cant take it i cant miss work again..i asked where is the part coming from..he said the dodge dealership right here in north richland hills..i said ok im going to call and find out something and go get it if i have to..i called dodge and was in their automated system for 20 minutes..Rudy was laughing and cutting up with his employees yelling over at me caught up in the auto system arent you..i hung up and called the sales dept and explained i needed to speak to a manager and the situation i was in..i began talking to a manager while he was looking for my order being delivered to autonote at 6829 smithfield rd..Rudy was all ears now that i was talking to someone..the manager told me they had no record of the part being ordered and that he had the business name in his computer but they havent called for that part today and besides that we dont deliver..Rudy hears me talking to the dodge manager and gets completely pissed off and demands that i hand my phone to him..i said hey this is my phone and im a customer not one of your employees you can yell at you had your chance to take care of this now im taking care of it for you..Rudy goes off screaming for me to get the xxxx out of his shop..i said hey man you cant just seize my truck so i cant work..Rudy yells over and over get out of my xxxxing shop xxxx you and thats our xxxxing truck not yours we just let you borrow it..

Horrible, Unethical, Lies, Steals personal info

Unethical, bottom tier place to do business. My car was a lemon, I had to spend 4500$ out of pocket total in the first half of a year of ownership. The finance company they use states that its not affiliated with the car dealership but I am 90% sure it is. The warranties are not real warranties. You have to bring it to their dealership to get repaired ( I was rescheduled 5 times and ended up paying a professional) I would avoid at all cost.

Very irresponsible, not trustworthy!

Salesman said he would fix a couple of issues if I purchased the vehicle. Once my down payment was made and papers signed, I was on my own. Truck was fixed and I was left with a $300 charge.

WORST PLACE TO BUY VEHICLES STAY AWAY!

PURCHASED A VEHICLE BROKE DOWN A WEEK LATER. BLAMES THE ISSUE ON ME AND REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! NOT TO MENTION THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT PAYING OFF MY TRADE IN WAS RIDICULOUS. I WILL BE FILING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DAILY TIL THESE CROOKS ARE DEALT WITH.

Repair on truck

Bought a 2008 Ford f150 great truck very happy with it ... last week my alternator went out I was broke down on 114 I had my truck towed to the car lot they fully replaced and serviced the truck and got me back on the road total cost to me was $0.00 1st place auto is good on thier word and has very nice quality vehicals I would recommend to anyone ... just giving a shout out to Ace !!!! He backs up what he says thank you sir !!!!!

It's been 25 days now and still have not received my registration and plates !!!!!! Call up there and nobody seams to know what's going on ... never have I waited this long for plates after buying a car at any car lot ......
