Took the vehicle in for its required maintenance schedule

Excellent friendly service, waiting area is exceptionally

Excellent friendly service, waiting area is exceptionally clean , coffee and water available as well as snacks. The snacks could be upgraded beyond chips and cheese crackers especially at an Infiniti dealership.

Fort Myers Infiniti had my vehicle for a full month due

Fort Myers Infiniti had my vehicle for a full month due to a recall. I was given a Buick Envista as a loaner, which smelled like it had been smoked in. The delay was caused by back-ordered parts, but I was never informed of this beforehand?had I known, I would have postponed the appointment. Because I park my vehicle in my garage, I specifically asked that it be protected from the Florida elements. The service manager assured me my vehicle would be stored inside, and I trusted him at his word. Unfortunately, when I picked up my vehicle, I was told it had been outside the entire month. They admitted this and offered a ?full detail? to make up for it?but their definition of ?detail? was just applying a slick chemical to the seats and floor mats. No proper wash, wax, or real restoration effort. To make matters worse, I discovered paint transfer on my driver?s side mirror that was not there before. My dash cam confirmed this indirectly: while I had footage before and after the service, the dealership disconnected power to the camera during their possession, even rerouting the power cable incorrectly afterward. Overall, this experience showed me that Fort Myers Infiniti not only failed to care for my vehicle properly but also misled me about how it would be treated. Between broken promises, poor communication, and visible damage, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Service professionals were courteous and friendly. Customer lounge clean and comfortable. Representative explained the work that was done and returned my car clean and in a timely fashion.

Took my vehicle in for service.

Took my vehicle in for service. Made an appointment prior to arriving. Quick courtesy service from everyone involved. Will definitely use this dealership again. They returned my car washed and vacuumed out.
