Sales associate was great owner not so much. Test drive vehicle twice. Passenger window wouldn’t roll up. Cosmetically and issues with the vehicle ended the sale. Vehicle had a “smell” inside the cab. We did a value on the vehicle and it was valued at 5k less than the list price. Exhaust leak which should have been caught when it was driven30 minutes away to their diesel mechanic. Obviously they don’t know anything about what they sell. Tried to negotiate the price they offered a 950 drop in price. We walked.

Incredible Ride!!! I just wanted to tell the world how awesome Roberto and Fredy are with Elite Auto Wholesale. I purchased my vehicle Mercedes Benz GLK E350 from Elite Auto Wholesale on Saturday, May 1, 2020, and I am so satisfied with the vehicle. Fredy was remarkable in handling the business transaction. I made the call to the dealership last week, and Fredy informed me about everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, so there would not be anything hidden. He allowed me to negotiate the price, and I received a great deal. I typically do not purchase vehicles out of state, but due to the level of superb customer service and honesty from Fredy about the vehicle. I took a chance. The car looked exactly like the photos taken by Fredy, and how he described the car. The travel was well worth it. Roberto filled the vehicle up with gas and provided transportation to the dealership. The closing went perfect, and Roberto followed up to ensure that I made it home safely. The car drove smoothly. I cannot stop driving it. I could not have asked for anything above the excellent customer services, professionalism, and trustworthiness received from these guys. Thank you, Roberto, and Fredy. Can’t thank Fredy and the guys at Elite enough. He went out of his way to make it a great buying experience. Quick to respond to any questions, no hidden fees or stories. Straight up fair deal with no nonsense or pressure. I drove down from NJ. Fredy picked me up from the hotel. When we got to the dealership, everything was ready to get me back on the road quickly. My husband and I looked for a long time to find the right used car for our family. We were nervous about buying from a used car lot after reading many horror stories online. Elite Auto Wholesales had excellent reviews on line and we are pleased to say that they deliver! They provide exactly what they promise. We purchased a Volvo which did not have a warranty. When a problem arose, they did not legally have to do anything, but instead worked out a fair deal with us. The VOLVO repair shop couldn't believe how ethical and responsive Freddie was. We are thrilled with the car, the service, the follow up after the sale- just a great all around experience. We'll be buying our next used car from Elite and recommending them to all our friends and family.
