Easiest car buy ever!

Chad and Jesus were absolutely AMAZING to work with. I HATE the car buying process so my husband handled everything until the very end when I came down to the dealership to test drive the car he had chosen. Chad and Jesus spoke to me about all of the details of the car and showed me in detail how everything worked. They were NOT condescending at all and I appreciated this very much. The entire process start to finish was about 3 hours total and there was NO HAGGLING over the price of the car which was the most refreshing experience of all! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a new or used car. They are polite and very ethical and offer amazing service!


Surprisingly enjoyable buying experience

It's not the most impressive showroom in the world, but who cares? We got the car we wanted at the right price, and Gabe (the salesman) was great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Pleased with treatment, unexpected service

Welcoming, respectful, easygoing First off, I thought most car dealers stay open till 9 o'clock. Not in our town, not anymore. So we arrived just a few minutes before Bellingham Hyundai was to close. We talked to them, they were welcoming, and made us feel free to keep asking questions. Chris made it no big deal for us to stay after their scheduled closing of 8 o'clock. They didn't have the particular mix of model and color of Hyundai Tucson we were looking for, but Brandon checked around and found one for us. We really appreciate the respectful and easygoing treatment we received. Pain free, patient, unexpected When we came back to pick up our new car, Hyundai had issued a recall for our model. Chris and Brandon made the recall as pain free as possible, and Jason patiently explained and waited for us to read before we signed the paperwork. Then when they found out we were planning to pick up our new car on my wife's birthday, they decorated it with bows! Advocate Between picking out our car and picking up our car, Brandon advocated for us with our favorite lender, persuading them to give us the other lender's rate. Pleased, appreciative Too often, car dealership staff are difficult and pushy. We really appreciate that Bellingham Hyundai staff aren't that way. If you choose to deal with them, expect to enjoy it, to be surprised by little extra details, and to like your new car.

new 2013 elantra

Began looking for a used 2011 or 12 elantra but found none ..sales person suggested lookuing at a new 2013...at first cost came to mind and wanted just the basic but after looking at what the limited offered decided to step up...glad we did,,,Received new 2013 and very happy with the car...payed morer than exoected but got a lot of car.
