They stole my money, I had purchased a 2013 Nissan. Within 3 weeks of purchasing the car it was already having mechanic problems. Once I contacted the dealership regarding the car issue they asked me to bring the car in after their mechanics took a look at the car they said it was the transmission. They said they would fix it. They lend me a car, which was in extremely in bad conditions, later I come to find out it had no inspection, took it back they lend me another car, brake pads were in really bad conditions so I took it back. They allow me to drive a car with brake problems, they put my daughter’s life and myself in danger. I hv paperwork that I never signed, they are stating that the car is sold as is but I never signed anything that states that which I hv the documents, they hv paperwork that they counterfeit with my signature I hv one in blank cause I never signed no paperwork stating sold as is, in addition to that, I gave them 7000 dollars within two months. Every-time I try to speak with the owner Willy, he harasses me and told me everything I say is trash “extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.” They took my car away two days ago without notice because I won’t pay for the transmission. Something I hv no responsibility for cause there was never any kind of document stating that I agree to pay for any mechanic work. I have paperwork, pictures, videos that proves everything I’m saying is accurate. I ask to please spread the word this dealership has done fraud not just to me but to others. I have already filed the proper paperwork for court. If anyone needs me to provide with any kind of evidence or help you inform the community, please let me know. No one should be taken advantage of. I will let social media know.
Highly not recommend

Warranty covers evertthing and nothing at all
We purchased a 2011 ford explorer. Added the 1000 dollar warranty for a year took it in for repairs and they cover nothing i am so dissapointed i now have buyers remorse from this place ..dont add the warranty its not worth it the minute you go in with a problem its not covered and its thruough a third party so major motors have no responsibility to fix your car the warranty is to broad your light goes out but the wire connected to the light is not covered...

Great salesman good people
I had not a problem with them the salesman was very knowledgeable of his inventory didn't even need a price sheet like most small lots I've seen he even told me what with a better car is that he thought would best suitour needs if I were to buy another used car I would definitely use major motors againvery customer friendly people and I would recommend anyone who would look for a used car go try to find what they need there and if you can't find it they will find it for you

Nice people who sold us a good car at a fair price
I must admit I was a little skeptical when we first pulled onto the lot. It is just a gravel parking lot with a glorified shed for an office. However it could be this is the very reason we were able to get such a good price on the car we were looking for. It makes sense if the dealer has low overhead then they do not need to charge as much to keep their operation in business. The car passed Maryland inspection with only needed 2 new tires. We are still waiting to finish the title process but hopefully that will proceed with little trouble.

Bob is a RIP-OFF
This place lied to me from the start. Bob tried to sell me a Honda and I even gave him a personal check in good faith to hold the car for me for (NOT TO BE DEPOSITED) note: many signs in the office saying "ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE". When I was ready with Honda keys in hand going to my mechanic I was told "oh no wait that car has front end damage". Then he offered me a 1996 BMW, lol. NOT! Then it was Toyota, once my mechanic had it up on his lift...OH MY GAWD". I asked for my deposit back and...well he had deposited it into his bank. I paid $35.00 dollars to stop payment so I never have to look at those liars ever again! Major Motors are BAD BUSINESS....just drive on by, my friends!

Expedition and Navigator hunting
Originally went to a neighboring Ford dealer to look at an 04 Expedition. Five minutes upon arrival it sold. I then went to Major Motors to check out a Navigator on their lot. While there I happened upon the same Expedition. Was the car in perfect condition? No. But it was well taken care of overall. Some minor things here and there but nothing that would kill a deal. The staff was very warm and welcoming. I was able to make a deal on it that same evening and picked it up the following day. Overall a good experience.

Nicest guys in the world!
I've been hunting for my first "new to me" car for a few months now. These guys really went above and beyond in terms of finding me the info I wanted and making sure I was happy with my decision, even offering to install a spare feature when it was a sticking point for me. Seriously, this was the first time I didn't feel pressured in a dealership - the owner (Will) seems to have an approach of "if you like it, I'll help you get it, and if not - that's cool too." If they have a car you want, I would definitely give them a call!
