Great experience

I purchased a 2016 Acura RDX. My experience was great start to finish. The I found on the website was helpful and described the car well. Jimmy was great at helping withe the new car my trade in and financing.

Bought a Mustang from Jimmy

I saw a Mustang online at CarGurus. I went to the dealership after talking with Jimmy. The Car I went to look at had some problems . I saw a White 2014 mustang on the lot. They made me a real good deal. I am very Happy with the service

Wonderful service, friendly, fast reasonable!!

I saw a beautiful Toyota Sequoia online and called Broadway Motors to ask about it. Misty answered and was so helpful I immediately made an appointment to come and see it. She told me to bring my FJ Cruiser to see how much I could get for it. They gave me my full asking price that I had listed on Facebook, eBay, and CarGurus for 2 months!!! And this Sequoia is so perfect. We couldn’t be happier. It was a very quick transaction. Much faster than a big brand dealership. Much more tailored for our specific needs as buyers. I will be back and I will be recommending all my friends and family to Broadway Motors in Murfreesboro! Thank you Misty!!! Side note: there was a slight shake that I noticed when I test drove it and they immediately replaced the rotors while we were the doing the paperwork. Excellent service. No more shake!!

Ripoff Dealership Covering Up BIG Problems!

I would be VERY wary of purchasing a vehicle from these folks. Long story short, they sold me a vehicle not more than TWO years old, only to have the Check Engine Light come on LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER. It's appears they simply went in and cleared the codes! Went through xxxx to get them to pay a PART of the cost to repair the problem, after they SAID they'd pay ALL of it to make it right. It's now just a few days later. The transmission is miffed. Vehicle dies everytime I pull up to a stop. Transmission went into "emergency mode" twice. There's something seriously wrong and now I'm screwed. These people are buying crap vehicles w/ serious mechanical issues at auction, getting their hack mechanics to cover up the problems as best they can, and turning around and selling them to folks for a profit. I've NEVER had a car buying experience this bad before. Not from a dealership OR private! Look through these reviews. I'm not the only one w/ this kind of story. These people are unethical. Dishonest. Immoral. AVOID!!!!
