I have bought 3 trucks from shook over time no problems until 3rd truck I travel for work was home for a week working out of Texas they had a really nice Chevy Silverado crew cab called them Friday went in Saturday morning traded in my old truck and put $500 down with a promise to pay another $500 in two weeks bought the new one truck was great besides it had a little shake in front in Patrick who handles repairs said it needs tires but couldn’t get me in until Wednesday 4 days away I told him I have to leave for Texas tomorrow Sunday morning he said just fine you a tire shop when you get there give them my card drove to Texas the shake is getting worse found a tire shop took it in they tell him got bad tire on right front Patrick ask how much to replace tires Patrick said it’s to much money put a used tire on tire shop manager told him can not put used tire on it will mess up tire monitoring system I get on the phone with Patrick said he is not allowed to spend that much on tires I would have to bring it back and go to place they use for tire tires back in new phila Ohio I’m in Texas take Friday off work drove the shaking truck 22 hours to get 4 new tires for my inconvenience and day of work loss was told that I didn’t have to pay the other $500 down this was in 2016 June 12 2019 they take me to court knowing I travel for work court was already over before I knew about it I just had to go pay $1000 dollars to keep them from garnishing my wages pretty sneaky and dirty and when the bank called me they told me if ask I payed the whole down payment so watch they got me a day of work gas for two trips to Texas and 3 years later they got me again so thanks shook for screwing me almost $3000 dollars never again

This place is a joke. Sold my family a piece of crap vehicle. Then wouldn't do anything to make it right. Never ever go there.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly no one was pushy . Our salesman was Nick Thomas and he was great he showed us a lot of vehicles that was in our price range and found out later he had a very sore ankle but didn't slow down at all. We bought a Jeep. And the manager was Marlea Meese was great. Will return when we need another vehicle
