    My wife and I just bought a new to us, but used car from them. Its a certified kia vehicle. I recently noticed it has a crack on the front bumper and the... plastic inside wheel well is broken. I tried contacting the sales man, but now he is just giving me the run around. I checked the dealership photos after I had bought the car and the damage is present there. They have been blaming me for this damage, yet they haven't provided me with a 160 point inspection sheet, which should clarify the damage. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all. They don't care about their customers. Needless to say, Jerry who denied to help me by saying he is just a "sales man" and is very unprofessional.

    I agree with other who say not to do business here. They had my car for an engine report for over 4 months and when I picked it up there was a large crack... across the front windshield, which was not there when I brought it in. They said it started from a chip somewhere, so were not responsible. All I know is nothing was at all visible when it was brought in 4 and a half month prior. They did not even want to discuss the issue. The are many other places with better business practices. I would avoid this place and so many other have recommended.

    Dan...we apologize that we were unable to help you with your windshield. When you brought your KIA here for service for an engine replacement...KIA,... the manufacturer, decided that you were negligent and did not properly maintain your car. Your windshield had a chip in it and while it sat thru the hot summer the chip compromised the windshield resulting in said crack. Since this was a lease turn in and the lease company billed you for the windshield we feel it is unfair for you to demand payment from us for something we had nothing to do with. Please feel free to contact us with any other concerns.

    I have used their service department a few times and I have been to many other dealer service departments. They are honest and I've verified it by having... my car checked first at a local mechanic. The department is very well managed by the service Manager Scott. I waited for my vehicle once for a few hours and never saw him sit still and when I had some minor confusion with an employee he immediately intervened and took care of the issue. Though I did not purchase this vehicle at this dealership when there was a recall for the engine he explained everything gave me the bad news that I would need an entire new engine and even with me being very aggravated and not so polite to put it mildly, he didn't get adversarial kept his cool gave me his assurance and took care of the entire process from start to finish and saw to it that they stood by their warranty and covered the entire cost and had my vehicle ready ahead of the estimated date

    I called the service department approximately 3 weeks ago to schedule an appointment to have my 2017 Kia Forte alignment checked and a repair for passenger... side headlight. Today after waiting almost 4 hours, I find out that repairs were made to the rear lights (recalls), I have no information regarding the alignment of my vehicle, but I was charged $35.76 for a lightbulb for my headlight. Which I thought was covered by bumper to bumper coverage. It seemed that only that which was recalled was important. I have no idea of what tests were done regarding my alignment.

    My personal experience with Kia Grossinger was horrible, and I will NOT recommend anyone to get his or her car from them. MY wife and I came to get a new... lease. Our salesperson, Marc, treated us well. Nothing extraordinary, but he was willing to listen to us and see other offers we got from other dealerships to help give us the best price. We negotiated for a little while and left with a car soon after. Our troubles started later: We noticed that we agreed on a specific maintenance plan but we were signed onto a different one (less extensive one). That was a little wired, but mistakes happen, and we're all human. Paying humans to be more specific. When I called Kia Grossinger to fix that mistake, I understood that I made a horrible mistake choosing to get my lease from them. First, I called the salesperson (Marc) that sold us the lease. Getting him on the phone wasn't easy, but he called me back and promised that he'll check when happened. That was a month ago. I'm still waiting for a call-back. A week and a half after calling Marc (The salesperson), I called Kia and asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Matt, apologized, and passed me on to the "leasing department" so they can see what happened. No one picked up the phone again. Left a message - it's been a week, and no one called me back. Now I'm starting to get angry by the rudeness and their attitude toward their clients, so I ask to speak to Matt the manager again. "The manager isn't here", "The manager is in the restrooms and will call you back", "the manager just left". Three times I had left messages to be called back - I'm still waiting. In my personal experience, WE MADE A BIG MISTAKE CHOOSING TO GET OUR CAR FROM KIA GROSSINGER. They will provide you with a great purchase experience, but just wait until you leave the lot and have a problem or a question. I feel like once they got your money, good luck with anything else. It's not even about the maintenance plan at this point, it's about the principle. We bought a car from you - pick up the phone! There was a problem? Own it and fix it. The amount of time and frustration I spent for a small mistake isn't worth it, but it showed me what kind of service customers get when working with Kia Grossinger. In my option, take your business elsewhere, where they respect their customers. BTY, I'm still waiting for a call back. Maybe I'll get one when my lease is done...

    I've had several poor experiences with this dealer, but, because of the character limit here, cannot post all of them. Please check out my Yelp review... for the full story. I had an appointment this morning to bring the car in for 10,000 mile service and another oil change. However, this time I was smart about it (and you should be too!); when I pulled my car into the service bay, I kept the keys. While waiting at the front desk (there was nobody there for whatever reason, despite it being 10:00am), I was approached by what I can only assume was a mechanic asking for my keys. Before handing them, I asked if it was possible for whomever was going to work on my car to not adjust the seat. I let him know that I have a pretty brutal medical condition with my back and needed to have the seat left the way it was. He looked at me, unblinking, and then said "No. That is not possible. We need to be able to drive the car safely in order to service it, so we'll need to move your seat.". I responded, "Well, I can't have that. I'm just here for maintainence and an oil change. Is there really no way to work on it without moving the seat?" "No", he responded, "If we can't move the seat we cannot service the car". He then proceeded to walk back into the service bay. Shortly afterwards, someone came up to the counter and asked if I had been helped. I explained what just happened and, much to my amazement, was told "if we cannot drive the car safely, we cannot service your car." I tried to appeal to this individual's (I have no names, because nobody told me their name, nor was anyone wearing nametags) sense of reason; surely they could get by not moving the seat just to change the oil? Maybe someone could just sit in it and let me know if it's "safe to drive" the 5 feet into a repair bay for an oil change? "No, it doesn't sound like we're going to be able to service your car". Rather than work with a customer who purchased the highest-end car that Kia currently sells in the US, rather than try to provide a modicum of decent, reasonable customer service, I was instead refused service like someone asking them for a free handout, treated like a vagrant who walked in off the street.

    I have been trying to get a car from your dealership for almost 2 weeks now. I submitted my financial application a week and a half ago. Your sales rep... Jonathan Perez called me the same day and stated that he would give my info to the financial manager and call me back. He never did. Jonathan asked if he should call or text with an answer, I told him both was fine. I called and texted Jonathan and left voicemails from Tuesday til Friday last week, no reply. I finally called the dealership last Friday myself and he stated that they couldn't take my trade in, so I asked could I just get a car without the trade in. He said he'll ask the finance manager and proceeded to place me on hold.He came back on and said I couldn't get the sorento because the down payment would be higher, so what other vehicles was i interested in. I told him 3 other vehicles and I had 2 small children and needed room. He said according to the finance manager i would need $1000 down for those vehicles but he wanted to double check and He'd call on Saturday. Never called. I get alerts when my credit is ran. Never called and said anything to me all this week I called him Monday no answer Tuesday I texted him he called back only because he didn't know who I was. he answered his phone by stating did someone call or text from this number.. smh. Once I told him who I was he said he was off today and he'd ran my credit and info to the finance manager Monday before he left work and he'd have a answer on Wednesday. So he lied because supposedly this was done last Friday. He texted me Wednesday/ yesterday and said he'd call me with a answer because his finance manager had it on their desk now. He never called back. I called and texted him. no response. so basically I've been given the run around for almost two weeks, credit ran numerous times, financial application done, vehicles picked and eveything but no response for almost 2 weeks. This is very unprofessional. If I was approved fine if I wasn't fine, I should recieve some type of response saying so and not given the run around. I'm in need of a vehicle. I live a hour and a half away from your dealership and I told Jonathan that from the beginning.i have a 5 month old baby and a 6 year old and I wanted to know if I was approved and what I needed to bring with me upon approval so it wouldn't be a wasted trip there back and forth commuting and he stated he totally understood and he's helped people like this before and it wouldn't be a problem. All I want to know is if I have been approved how much is needed down for the sorento Optima soul or sportage so we can proceed forward and i can drive out there, if not tell me im not approved so I can go elsewhere. how would u like it if your personal and financial info kept being ran and you have no idea what's going on with it for almost two weeks.

    The automotive service there was horrible. Went in there for an oil change and they left my oil drain plug lose which caused a major leak on my driveway... and there was a lot of oil on my valve cover from when they poured the oil in. They also left my cabin filter out on my seat. They didn’t adjust my tire pressure neither. It took them over an hour to do my oil change. Never coming back to this place. First and last time. Not only do they need new mechanics that know what they are doing but the people inside were just as bad. Scott the service manager has a very bad attitude. Seen him giving attitude to a young lady that probably didn’t understand the situation with her car. They also tried to sell me stuff that I know for a fact my car didn’t need because I had already done them at my previous visit for an oil change at a different Kia dealership. 2 thumbs down for me

    Told me the car I was looking at was available, 1 hr prior to me coming to look at it. Traveled an hr to get there. When I got there they told me there... was a deposit on it already from the night before, so it was sold. I wouldn’t go here if you got to travel a distance, you’ll be lied to!!

    I would give less than one star if I could. We purchased a used car 2 months ago from Grossinger Kia Lincolnwood and turns out it had a lien on the title!... So they have our cash, paid in full, and we do not own a car! Mike at kia refuses to take the car and refund our money. He says "it's out of our hands, it's a state thing." Beware buying from them, they don't do their due diligence, and then they say it's not on them. They take no responsibility.
