Igor was very helpful throughout my buying process. I live 600 miles away and i wanted the car he had on the website so bad. He came down on the price a little bit and that was very kind of him. The whole process went so fast and delivery was even faster than UPS!. Less than a week!. When i got the car, everything he told me over the phone about the car was just as he said. I don't regret buying from him and would do so again if he has what i would want. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a peace of mind and helpful dealership to buy a car from. He might not have much cars to choose from but he sure knows what is doing. He is your ideal car salesman and a perfect gentleman.

I purchased my 2000 Nissan Maxima SE from Igor. It was quick, easy and the car runs great.

I bought a BMW from this guy and he was not honest about the car and would not even haggle on the price. First, I asked him if it was ever in an accident and he told me no, only to find out later that in fact it was in an accident and he had repaired and painted it. Then I asked if there were any issues with the car and he told me no, only to find out that the wheel bearings are bad and that there was a recall on this car regarding the drive train. I told him that I only had so much more over the price of the car that I could spend and he agreed on the price, then we went up to his office and after all the paperwork, it was $140 dollars over what we had agreed. Then after discussing this he would not budge on the price. After all this, I went down and looked in the trunk and there was no spare tire. I had to beg the guy to get me a spare for the car, to which that never happened. I would not recommend this guy to anyone.

I am a consultant and have a son in college in the Chicago area. My sons car was in horrible shape and I needed to buy him a car, and do it long distance!! My son found a car at VIK Auto and I began negotiations with Igor. I must say he was absolutely wonderful. Not being their to physically see the car I had to rely on my son, who is only 20 and never bought a car, and Igor. Igor was extremely professional and informative. The vehicle I was interested in had a rebuilt title and I wanted an independent garage of my choice to review the car. Igor drove the car to a garage I had chosen. This is something he did not have to do!! The independent garage came back with great results and confirmed everything Igor had disclosed about previous damage, repair and condition. The price was very fair and Igor made negotiations easy and took care of everything, title, registration etc!! It is very hard to trust people these days and customer service is often extremely lacking!! I would definitely highly recommend VIK auto and especially Igor

I recently bought a 2001 Chrysler from this dealer and i'm really happy! Car was in a pretty good shape. After my purchase I tuned up the car alittle bit(Changed oil,filters ...) I'm driving this car for about 4 munth whith out having any problems with it. He is really fair guy. Now i'm thinking about buying a car for my wife from Igor again. Thank you very much!!!

I wolud like to thak Igor for the Lexus and service.He gave me as much time as i needed to inspect the vehicle, hi didn't try to hurry me up,and wasn't trying to hide any thing from me(like most dealers do)even though the car wasn't new.I drove around the whole state looking for a car, and belive me after 6 days of intensive research and comparing cars,Igors was the only one that was up to my standart of price & quality. Regarding the previous review,I dont understand customers who complaine after buying a used car. You have all the time and resources you need to choose a car.The dealers take you on a test drive, answer your questions,and buy all means forces you to buy a car. For me it was nice doing bussines with Igor, and I recomend buying your next car from him.

I recently purchased a 1994 BMW from B/W of Skokie. My experience with them went smooth and stress free. I called Igor, and he gave me a good descriptreation of the vehicle in great detail. When I came down to look at it I was surprised that it was as good as he told me over the phone. He even helped me get my car registered, so I didnt have to spend time at the DMV. I highly recomend buying cars at this place.

I bought my last car there, awesome, after helping a friend shop for a car, I now realize the service was STELLAR. Seriously. They are not the jerks and pushy dismissive salesmen you may get in the city.

I had a great experience with B/W of Skokie Auto Sales. I purchased a Toyota camry back in August 2011 and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff were honest and even described imperfections in the vehicle over the phone which weren't visible in the online pictures, which really weren't a big deal when I actually saw the vehicle in person. The vehicle looked great, clean, and well kept. The staff were very professional, courteous, and patient. I didn't feel pressured at all. They even reimbursed my taxi ride from train to their location! I'd definately give these guys a chance to prove themselves. I felt they exceeded my expectations!
