We bought a used Ford F150. From the second we drove it off the lot it had problems. The back door wouldn't open and the tail gate sticks so it's hard... to open. They had us come back in A MONTH LATER to fix it. Now 2 months later it over heated and we ended up on the side of the road. It resulted in a broken water pump and every belt needing to be replaced. They are rude, NEVER CALL YOU BACK, even when you beg them to. They try to avoid unhappy customers by ignoring them. They never came to get the car we traded in that was undrivable and 2 months after we purchased I finally called them (3 different times) to ask them to tow it, like they said they would. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever worked with and regret buying from them. GO TO LEE JOHNSON IN KIRKLAND if you want honest, professional, and friendly service. We bought our other car there and couldn't be more impressed.
Brought my vehicle in for a repair item as well as a recall item. I clearly stated when I made the appointment that this included a specific recall... item. When I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that while the repair item was completed, the recall item was not. I found this out when I started the vehicle and saw that the warning light was still on! At no point in the multiple contacts over 2 days including when I picked up the vehicle was I ever told that the recall item was not completed and that a part had to be ordered requiring me to take the vehicle in again. Over the next 10 days, I left multiple messages for the Service Manager to discuss what I feel should have been Customer Service 101 - Keep The Customer Informed. When I was finally able to speak with him, he did apologize on behalf of his team. He said that he would personally see when the part would be in and would call me. Imagine my surprise when a call was made by someone else from the Service Department to a phone number I no longer have to advise the part was in. I have advised Rairdon on numerous occasions what number they should call. And they still can't get it right. The total lack of Customer Service, extremely poor communication, and the inability to make even the most simple changes to an account mean that I will no longer take my vehicle to any Rairdon facility.
John Knudson was great to work with, no pressure to buy "today". Listened to what I wanted and he and his GM Rob looked for me. Took a little bit to find... at the price I wanted, but drove off the lot with a very happy husband. Thanks John!
Robert Baar, General Manager, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. At the time of purchase a few minor repairs were negotiated as... part of the sale. The vehicle delivered at pick-u exceeded our expectations. Financing was easy and painless and Robert secured our purchase with an excellent interest rate. Thank you Robert, I know we were not the easiest Customers to deal with. We appreciate your honesty, follow through and sense of humor.
Fixed my oil pan, rotated my tires, checked my brakes and gave me a great deal on a new tire that I'd been putting off replacing. Extremely fair and will... definitely recommend

Could not of asked for a more amazing Service for jeep. Drive home from Bellevue and 4th ignition coil went out. Thankful made it to dealership by 5:40pm... and was driving home at 6:05pm. Service dept is the best and employees customer service is impeccable:-) Thank you!!
