Horrible experience.
November 14, 2020 Horrible experience. It started from the beginning when the salesman on the phone expressed the great condition on the 2012 VW Eos. When I flew in from Denver and saw the car was pretty dirty and a number of rough parts. He lied that he thought I wasn’t coming even though I had sent a $500. deposit that was cashed and given him my flight schedule. Stuff was missing or rough, but I liked the car regardless. Then the employees lied about the history as to a recent used motor replacement that had troubles after being put in. I found out only by calling the repair shop listed on Carfax that put in the motor. Promised parts missing were never shipped to me and I kept getting a runaround about why and when. I paid for several parts but had to hassle to get a promised payment for them. Then it was “check in the mail” excuses many times. Same runaround on the return of $695. payment I made for gap insurance which I cancelled a few days after making it. Insurance payment was to be refunded in full immediately if cancelled within 30 days, but even though I cancelled within a week, it took two months to get the money back that was being held by Paramount all the time. Then were the items necessary to be fixed. I spent $4,000. on new wheel rims and repair of a dangerous condition of stripped out bolts on a rear hub and all the incorrect wheel bolts, bent wheels, replacing the wrong kind of radiator fluid, changing the bad condition brake fluid, four-wheel alignment, broken wire on the retractable top, cleaning the paint condition, broken door handle, and many more things. It’s true that oil change, tire balance, all filters, plugs, bubbly window tint replacement, transmission work, and smoothing out body repairs somewhat could be considered my problem and my responsibility, but who gets a car that needs $4,000. worth of work right off the bat when they don’t know it? Just to make it clear, I should have had an outside VW dealer mechanic check over the car before I signed the papers, so that was on me. And even with the hassle, they did cover the cost of some missing parts and some repairs, but I still was out over $3,000. for stuff. Keep in mind that their agreement of 2,000 miles and you can return it isn’t true, the history they give you may not be true, and if you don’t have everything before you drive it off the lot, you may never get it. Know for yourself, don’t trust what they tell you. Ron K.

Do not buy a car from this place!!
I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Very unprofessional and staff is rude. I traded my car for a truck and they refuse to pay the payoff on my trade in. I made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to Daniel the owner and no response and the finance guy’s response to why no one is returning my calls was, “ Daniel does what Daniel does and if he wants to call he will call when he wants”! I traded my car in October and it is now April. 6 months later, Now I am stuck paying for both the truck and the trade in and they still have my trade in.

Buying a used car
When I drove the car away, about 2 hours later, the air conditioning went out. I phoned Paramount Auto because if the 90 day, 1000 mile warranty; but they still have not returned my call or reimbursed me for the repair. The desert climate is too hot to drive any car without air conditioning.

It's worth the stop
From the outside you wouldnt expect the awesome cars this dealership has. But it's honesty worth the stop. They don't hassle you, they let you browse their lot and give you, your space. But they arr right there when you are ready for a test drive. We got a ford foucs and love it. They were able to work with the price we wanted, and made it easy to finish a deal. Also, the CD player didn't work and the owner got us a new one!! Most used lots would never do that. I really appreciate the awesome customer service they have.And will defiantly go there first when we decided, we are ready for another vehicle. Thank you for a reliable car and great service.

Lots of sports cars!
They seem to have a great selection of sports cars. They are car guys and know their product very well. I got an really nice Mustang from these guys with lots of upgrades, and I so far I love it, as do all my friends. Very satisfied! I you need a sports car, see these guys!

Great customer service
After seeing a vehicle on Cars.com at Paramount that I was interested in and sending an email, I was contacted by Paramount about that vehicle very quickly. It was difficult for me to arrange to come see the vehicle, so the salesman brought it to me at work! He drove around and told me more about the vehicle. He seemed very knowledgable about all sorts of vehicles. I am considering other vehicles in the area, but will definitely go back to Paramount if I see other vehicles listed that fit my criteria because I was so impressed with its willingness to go the extra mile (literally!) for a potential customer.
