I love the no hassle low pressure approach of COAD Toyota. I feel they are a dealership that I would visit again. Ben Brotherton is a great salesman.

Headline: Hidden $1,500 markup discovered years later. Took my business elsewhere I ordered a vehicle through Coad Toyota, but I recently audited my original purchase contract against the official factory Monroney window sticker. Coad Toyota quietly charged me $1,500 over the manufacturer's suggested retail price without clearly disclosing the markup or forced add-ons at delivery. Because of this complete lack of pricing transparency, I have officially taken my business to a different Toyota dealership for my recent vehicle needs. Future buyers should meticulously cross-reference their final bill of sale with the actual vehicle window sticker before signing anything here. They will try to call you to smooth things over once you catch them, but the damage to their trust is already done.

It is very rare to find a car salesman that you can trust. Thankfully we have Ben Brotherton at Coad Toyota!! We have purchased 2 cars from Ben and each time was the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. He got me into a new Camry and our daughter into a new Corolla. Both cars have been extremely reliable and dependable and we have not had any problems.
