Bought Range Rover and had it shipped to me. Vehicle " everything works as it should" Lies. Key fob was broken and keys got locked in car. AC did not work , leaks everywhere, wiper arm bent and not working properly. Not sure exactly what else not working as I have not been able to drive it because of the AC problem. No response from Sham ( Sam the seller)

Selling Lemons
DO NOT BUY HERE. They sold me a lemon, and admitted that they reprogrammed the throttle body. By reprogrammming it, they it so the car would run for a while, but then quit once it cycled. They accept no responsibility.

Odometer Fraud
Dealership sold me a car that has a discrepancy with the odometer. The car report they had didn’t match what I purchased from Carfax, and the dealership certified the miles were actual/correct. The dealership won’t respond at this point, so appropriate action will be taken.

Do not trust SCAMMER SAM
Piece of garbage dealer named SAM with an accent who sold me a vehicle through Ebay which is a total lemon, don't trust them, they are being investigated by police and by the Texas DMV. I saw the vehicle on Ebay, but SCAMMER SAM completed the sale outside Ebay which gives you no real recourse through Ebay should something go wrong. SCAMMER SAM police in Texas and elsewhere will eventually catch and jail you.

They Suck, they don't care about you!!!!
They sold me a vehicle that had water damage i was unaware and as I was driving home from the lot the check engine light came on I called them and they gave me some lame excuse of why... then less than a month later the vehicle electrical box burnt up, and they said "WELL MA'AM OUR CARS ARE SOLD AS IS" I actually almost begged the man to tell me before I bought it that is was a good vehicle and of course he assured that it was... my husband had passed and I needed a good vehicle....and then they asked for a report from the Mechanic so I sent that to them and they said more or less "TOO BAD" That they were not going to help and I paid cash so they didn't care... and now after the car is bought and I call them they are so RUDE especially AL.......

Horrible service with vehicle that is an operable
Horrible service. Received vehicle in the Philadelphia area that would not start and refused to work on a problem with me. Got the vehicle started charge battery set for two days and would not start on the third day. We’re trying to fix the problem it was stated to me that I have a vehicle and technically they don’t have to speak to me anymore at that time. I asked him could I speak to the owner and they stated at the time that the owner was overseas and there was nothing that they could do for me with a vehicle that will not stay started. To this day the vehicle just sits unable to keep a charge with something killing the battery. I didn’t even had a vehicle for 12 hours before it was shipped here and it would not start. What is said I stayed on the phone often on for over two hours trying to resolve this problem but nothing was done. I pay full price for a vehicle that is unable to keep a charge for more than three days. I dealt with the good faith but found out this dealership does not have honor. So now I have a 2006 Range Rover that will not keep a charge because something is draining it. And again I had a vehicle for less than 12 hours when I discovered this problem. And they were unable an unwilling to work with me to try to resolve this problem.

Worst Place To Buy A Car!
This place was the most unprofessional place I have ever been to, for buying a car. The office was very dirty and not clean, the car was dirty. Looked like someone had been driving it. Food was on the floor board, just absolutely gross. Lastly, the associate “Sam” lies about the car in its working order. Better be smart about cars and know what your getting yourself into. I would never ever buy a car from this guy! Ever!

Great Experience. Honest, affordable Thank you Sam
I truly had a great experience with this dealership. Sam was FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond to help me out. I will explain why he was so helpful! I found the 2006 Acura TSX on eBay. It looked very nice, also only 52k miles. I immediately put a down payment on it. I had an '08 TSX that was recently hit by another driver, and totaled out. So, I was pretty excited to find another like it. I received a call from Sam right away. He answered all of my questions, and we arranged payment for the rest of the cost. He told me everything mechanically was just fine. I live in Indianapolis, so I didn't really have the opportunity to have it inspected by a mechanic of my choice. He asked if I would like it shipped by them, or I handle shipping. I will handle I told them. I found someone much less expensive. He said "That's perfectly fine, just be careful. Some of these transport services can be iffy" (he was not pushy at all!) Well, that was a HUGE mistake. The company I hired picked the vehicle up 2 days later. I am told 3 days max for delivery. 3 days later, no car, no phone call, nothing. I call in. Apparently the truck stopped 10 minutes from the dealership (for whatever reason), and there was a "computer box" stolen off the truck, leaving it inoperable. Sounded fishy. Long story short, Sam stepped in for me, was in contact with the truck driver and the dispatcher for the next 4 weeks! That's how long my car sat there, because that is how long it took find the part, and repair. I immediately had the truck driver take vehicle back to dealership. I decided to have Sam ship. When Sam received the car from truck driver, outside was filthy (expected), but so was the inside. Sam sent me many pictures. I was worried what happened to my car. Sam washed it, detailed the inside for me again, and ran it through service to ensure nothing mechanically was wrong - nothing wrong. . I received the car 2 days later. I should have went with him the first time! Keep in mind, it wasn't until about 2 weeks into my purchase that I read all these bad reviews, so I was worried. But it was too late at that point. I brought it up to Sam and he basically said, they are used cars, some consumers just expect the cars to be like new, when in fact they are older cars. He was honest, and I trusted he was selling me a good car. When I received the vehicle, I had it inspected by a mechanic I have used for 14 years, who said everything was great, everything worked, just recommended a new battery and 2 front tires were pretty worn, no biggy for me. The back 2 tires were almost brand new. I replaced the battery, 2 tires. good to go. Even further, I had the Acura dealership that I also have used for inspections and oil changes for 8 years, they said it was in great shape. The car was actually nicer than I even anticipated. I figured with the professional looking pictures, I'd get the car and see some things here and there, but for most part, nice car! The interior is almost perfect! Exterior had a few VERY minor marks here and there. Again, it's expected, 15 year old car. In summary, I have had the vehicle for 2 weeks now. Drives very smoothly. I have put about 400 miles on it with a couple of road trips to IL for work. It's been driving just fine. Great experience and would highly recommend the dealership, and Sam! Thank you Sam.
