Ben, my sales representative, and Bobby, the sales manager, answered my questions promptly, worked with me on the purchase details remotely, and made the entire process straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. Dave made the financing and paperwork process smooth and efficient when I arrived. I also appreciated that they accommodated an independent pre-purchase inspection. When a small issue was identified, their service department addressed it within just a few hours and kept me informed throughout the process. By the time I arrived, everything was ready to go. The paperwork was straightforward, and I was back on the road much sooner than I've experienced with previous vehicle purchases. They clearly respected my time, which made the experience even better. Overall, I'm just as happy with the buying experience as I am with my A6. I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip from Houston to buy from Audi Fort Worth again.

I took my 2025 Audi Q5 in for the 10,000 mile oil change and got all completely greens 40 different points checked and everything was perfect. In-N-Out in 57 minutes. Not bad Audi Fort Worth keep up the good work and customer service.

In spite of being a little late for my appointment I was quickly and politely accepted and work started quickly on my car. The wait room was very nice and pleasantly decorated. They provided coffee and tea. The waiting time I thought was appropriate for the work being done on the car. Every body I encountered was very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to Audi if I ever need further repair done on my car.

A great place, I drive a long way to go here for the service and personal treatment. I would recommend it to any Audi owners.

We are from out of town. I hit a curb at DFW and damaged my tire. Jesus was a lifesaver! My husband is handicapped and only had meds for the day. He ordered the tire. Had it installed by 4:30. He also did the required maintenance while waiting for the tire to arrive. He even tracked our Uber and had the car running with AC when we arrived. He is an awesome communicator. Mi wish that my San Antonio Audi dealership had the same level of customer service.
