It’s always a pleasure when I need my Audi serviced. Even better to find out the warranty had been extended so the service didn’t cost me a thing. Big shoutout to my Service Advisor, Kirk’s McCoy. The Audi dealership provides terrific customer service. Marc Moja is always professional and efficient when I talk to him. I trust him and know he’ll take care of everything that needs to be done. Therefore my visits to the dealership run smoothly and I never worry about anything. I know the car is in good hands. Shuttle service was set up by Marc and the driver provided a comfortable ride to where I needed to go. Brad, who picked me up to go back to the dealership texted me to let me know when he would be at my location. He was friendly and respectful. It was a pleasant ride back. Once back at the dealership Marc summed up the work that had been done on my Audi. I had asked him to check out a concern I had re:a tire which he let me know was fine. Made me feel good to know the car had been serviced and checked out by a reputable dealership. They washed my car and that’s always a much appreciated service by the dealership. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful so it’s always a pleasurable experience to visit. The waiting area is attractive/upscale and comfortable and a great place to just relax or get personal work accomplished. The Audi Team does a fantastic job providing for their customers in every way. It’s actually the best dealership I have ever experienced in all my yrs of purchasing cars. It’s excellent!
