Actually I have not received my vehicle as yet because I still haven't arrived there yet. Will do so on Sunday and will be contacting the Sales Dept f...or delivery as soon as I arrive. Therefore I still have to wait and see the outcome,although the communication thus far was good
Just called to talk to someone about a $30,000 CTS V they were selling. The sales manager answered the phone and I told him I wanted to come by after ...work and take a look at the car at about 130pm, and he says, “to be honest with you, we have a meeting at 130-3pm.” So I said what about 115? He says, “we really need to be at that meeting by 130” so I said ok thank you! He say “thank you too” without trying to get me to come another time. I’m sitting here with my jaw on the floor right now! I was really wanting that car if all checked out with it! Pre-Approved and all!! Now I don’t know about y’all, but if I was selling a $30k car and someone was about to come look at it, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to post pone my meeting for a few minutes. Especially since I’m a freaking business!! I mean what kind of customer service is that??? Seriously!! Well Mr Sales manager, you most likely lost a $30k sale all bc u didn’t wanna show me a car! Nesco owner, you need to find a competent new sales manager I’d suggest! I won’t be by later or never fyi
We received a phone call from this gentleman regarding his interest in our 2011 Cadillac CTS-V. He informed us that he wanted to come in within the ho...urs of 1:30 - 2:00. We kindly informed him that we would be out of the office from the hours 1:30 - 2:30 for a business meeting and suggested to come after, around 3:00. He then asked if anyone would be there just to show him the vehicle but we then informed him that all our associates would be in attendance to the meeting and no one would be available to show him then vehicle during that time. He then suggested to come in at 1:15 but we informed him that may not be a good idea as we do not want him to feel rushed and not get the attention our customers deserve. We tired our best to schedule an appointment for another time however the gentleman became irritated at the point and ended our phone conversation. It just seemed like the resolution this gentleman was looking for was to have our meeting canceled or rescheduled, and at such a short notice just did not seem fair. We do apologize for our meeting causing a conflict with our customer's schedules and for any inconvenience we may have caused.
Great buying experience. Salesman was young, energized , respectful, and professional. They were not pushy and had a great selection of quality high e...nd used vehicles.
