I had a great experience buying my used truck! After searching online for used trucks in good to very good condition at a reasonable price, I found a truck in which I was interested. Upon arriving at the dealership to see the truck, I met Chuck and Desiree (pet cat). Chuck showed me the truck, answered all my questions, gave me time to inspect the truck on my own, and let me take a test drive. No high-pressure sales tactics. Chuck is straightforward, honest, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. I signed a purchase agreement that day! Later that week, I returned to pick up the truck. Lisa filled out all the paperwork for me and answered a few more questions I had. This was the best car-buying experience; I am a very satisfied and happy customer! I never got a reply from Knightons when I submitted my request.... but I live fairly close by and decided to stop by and check out the dealership.... as soon as i walked into the building i was greeted by a woman with a great big smile. I told her i was interested in one of their Corvettes and she went and found Chuck somewhere in the back... he comes out with a great big smile and shakes my hand.... we chat and it turns out the car I was interested in was already sold.... but we continued to chat and I found out more about their business.... he was more than helpful and told me more about one or two of the cars than most car salesmen would have... he was great. I grabbed his card and he took my name and number. One of his jobs is going to an auction every Wednesday and asked what I was looking for. He told me he'd be on the look out and would call if he found my car... then he looks at my name again and looks me in the eye and ask's "Did you get my email reply?"... wow... I was so surprised... he probably replied to a zillion requests and he remembered my name and info.... so i check my spam and there was his reply.... I'll be back to at least look. I had a great experience and their place is gorgeous with awesome cars....

After waiting 46 years I finally purchased the Ford Mustang GT that I’ve desired. Chuck in sales a very friendly no pressure sort of guy, and very experienced and helpful. Jimmy, the owner, appeared and introduced himself. He was very personable and helpful also. And Lisa was a sweetheart, even meeting me on her day off to produce some additional paperwork that the state of Connecticut required. The car, practically in showroom condition, is amazing. This dealership is almost 90 minutes from my home but definitely worth the trip. The showroom, in a old brick factory building, is itself worth the trip. The classic and muscle cars display is reminiscent of an auto museum. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Chuck was great to do business with. He was fair and reasonable and offer a great collection of low mileage and like-new cars to their lot.

I would like to get a couple thousand dollars more for my car, The care is from a little old lady that doesn't drive more than 3,000 miles a year has no scratches on it and no dents it is bright red and has never had anybody in the back seats, all the leather is perfect has always been in the garage, if you can make another offer for a little higher I would appreciate it Mrs Crandall

Excellent experience. Car to be tested was clean, in and out. Dealer had the car ready to go when we arrived. No pressure sale at all. Family style business. No haggling. Price displayed for the car is what you pay. No surprise addons. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a reliable car from a great dealership !
