While doing the financing, I asked about using State Farm. He said State Farm doesn’t offer Gap Insurance. That is a LIE!! Not only does State Farm offer Gap Insurance, they DON’T charge for it. I’m still waiting to get my REFUND for the Gap Insurance.

I had an awesome young man show me some of the 2019 models. I ended up buy a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited. I love it! Visited several dealerships around the middle TN area while researching our next new car purchase. Rob Crockett was an absolute pleasure to work with. Courtland Styles was also incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Management, specifically Louis, was also extremely helpful. In the past we had purchased several Honda cars from a car dealer in Nashville. When my wife's Honda Accord's A/C went out after 10 years, we needed to replace her car. Having heard of Wilson County Hyundai via the Coleman and Company show, we decide to check out the Hyundai brand. We had looked at and tried the Elantra and Sonata here earlier in the year, but decided not to purchase at that time. When we came in this time, we specifically wanted to have Bobby Raines assist us, as he assisted us previously. We had checked out the cars we wanted to look at on the dealerships webpage, and had our list available. One car was already sold, and one was out, the final one was available, and we were able to test drive it within a short time of arriving at the dealership. The 2013 Sonata met my wife's needs with a working radio and air conditioner. It had an abundance of leg room for my oversized legs on the passenger side. With our being able to pay cash for the car, we were able to complete the sales process, and drive home with the new Sonata within an hour and a half of getting to the lot. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing the car. When it come's time to replace my SUV, we will start our search here.

Just bought my 3rd Hyundai from Wilson Co. Hyundai and they never disappoint. Most of the time buying a car isn't pleasant, and these folks always make it smooth and painless. I appreciate the way they deal with me and I never feel pressured to do anything. Top notch as usual!

I spent months contemplating and searching my options for a smaller vehicle. I searched many dealerships. I returned to Wilson County Hyundai because Rob Crocket was so knowledgable and professional. He was able to get me a good trade in value for my Yukon and helped the day go smoothly. I highly recommend this salesman and dealership. I am really enjoying my new Hyundai Santa Fe that was a great deal being a demo car. I will definitely b back to purchase a car for my daughter when she is 16.
