Called and Emailed this company about purchasing a BMW 330 CI convertible they had for sale. Took a week to finally communicate with a sales representative. Individual was extremely rude, uneducated on the vehicle and its true condition. Asked for additional information regarding the vehicle but never received any update of any kind. Called several more times with no success.

Not as it Looks
Yes They may have a low price but beware ,it is not what you think , This is only for the Auction day of Saturday, slick way to fast easy to get sucked in to a bad buy . and you still don't know how the car will drive

False advertisement
Caleed about a 94 Caddi only to find out it had twice the mileage advertised. Was also told that test drives were not allowed. Sounds like a trap to me.

Purchase was simple
Bought a car from them online and drove down from Northern California to pick it up The radio was missing and one of the windows did not stay up so all the cars are as is they might need some repair but I got a good deal on the jaguar. I had so send a wore transfer deposit to put it aside until I made it to LA but it was simple. The people are friendly and the dealer is straight to the point would do business with them again. Ps title may take some time to be mailed out to you since it's not available righty away

not great service
I email them 3 times and never get a response. It is like the business doesn't have a customer service relationship. i was interested in the BMW X series.

Deposit Problem on damaged car
I had planned to buy a Car there. After checking on Carfax the report which was apparently good, I discovered a real scrap external and internal. I choose another one but when trying to make the roof working no way to succeed. I saw a third one same problem, some of important component was not working at all. They promised to fix it before delivery. I mistakenly accepted to give them a huge deposit. When I return home I checked on Carfax the report of the car and discover that it has bee involved in an accident. I call them telling that I do not want to buy a damaged car. Their answer: you will not get back your deposit. Conclusion: do not deal with these unreliable people who have no consideration about buyer. I wonder why they are still authorised to have their business opened.

Good cars nice people
Me and my brother always but cars from a young lady on the phone and Robin. We ship them out of the country so the downside is you have to wait long time for the title. I have not received a title for my last purchase In a month already. Nice people and good cars but the title takes long time.

More of an Auction house than a Dealership
I couldn't get anyone on the phone at Blok, but that's probably because they devote their Saturdays to an outdoor auction, the whole fast-jibing auction-style pitch routine. I didn't really get the experience of working with a dealer, but when I went on auction day I didn't get a good vibe from the place...the clerks stand behind plexiglas windows in a trailer building that only holds a few people at a time in its lobby... definitely for deep bargain hunters, but if you do the auction, you're responsible and take the car 'as is'.

Good prices-Not a dealership
Got a call from a lady that the Audi TT was still available i drove that day all the way from Moreno Valley to find out it had been sold! They had a lot of cars in their lot but nothing that I was willing to fork the cash over at the time. I will be back once they get new inventory. The cars do not have any record history or warranties so I'll be sure to bring my buddy who knows about mechanics next time I stop by.

No communication
False advertisement! most cars online are sold or not available. Don't like the fact that no one ever calls back or replies to the email. Dislike and don't recommend to anyone.
