Ive taken my car in 4 times to have the door handle fixed and yet every time they wont and this last time was even worse then when I brought it in

I scheduled to do oil change and alignment only got an oil change done I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change my bumper was scratched so they buffed it out so I had to spent more time there now I have to go back Thursday for an alignment Carlos said he will push me to the front of the line
