RECOMMENDED

I live in the Fresno area which is about 4-5 hours south of Garden Grove. I talked to Jay on Friday via phone and he processed my application in less than and hr and returned my call to inform me I was approved. I drove from Fresno to Garden Grove the next day (Saturday) to sign the paperwork and was in my new car that day. Jay made the process smooth and quick. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

Clear and transparent pricing. Ask for Daniel Jung when purchasing a car. He took care of us to purchase a new car. He negotiates pricing on your behalf and takes care of all the paperwork for you. Professional and positive vibe. Awesome dealership. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Thank you Jay!!!

I spoke to Jay over the phone and discussed different options of my purchase. He promised to have me out of the dealer in less that 10minutes if I came down. I told him which car I wanted and sent him all my information ahead of time. He stayed late and made special arrangement to wait after hours. He had the car cleaned with a full tank and ready to go by the time I arrived. Test drove the car and was out of the dealer in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for your business Jay. I will definitely be back for my next car purchase. Jose

Ask for JAY!

Place is not the best looking, however Jay was more than helpful! He was not pushy on trying to sell a car, rather than what is best for me. Convinced me to hold on to my car for few more years to not go negative on equity and then buy. Great man, truly helped me even though he was losing a sale; much respect.

Seemed friendly

Wasn’t able to go in and see the car in person. Let whoever called me back know that my credit wasn’t great. He told me I’d have to wait two years usually after a repo to get another car. I wasn’t too happy with his response so I just went searching somewhere else.

We are sorry that you felt you needed to give us 3 stars because you didn’t receive the responses you wanted to hear. You contacted our dealership in an attempt to secure an auto loan less then 2 weeks after your vehicle was repossessed. Unfortunately, our banks will not approve a loan for someone who recently had a vehicle repossessed for failure to make payments. It had only been 2 weeks or less since your vehicle was repo’d, and our banks require that 2 years have passed.

Very happy with the help we got from Jay! He was very Knowlegeable and helpful to ours needs. He was not a pushy salesmen he was there to answer questions and to show us different options of what we needed.

overall great experience at Grand Motors

I live 4 hours away so I didn?t have the luxury of going to see the car right away after seeing it online. I made multiple calls to Grand Motors and Jay was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He answered all my questions regarding the car and explained to me the buying process since it was my first time buying a car. I notified Jay a day before that I would coming the next day and he really went out his way to have everything ready for me. Car was in like new condition, I was literally only there for 30 minutes. The price of the car was unbeatable and I had no hesitation of driving 4 hours for that good of a deal. If you see a car you like I recommend calling and speaking to Jay.

Thank you cars.com for helping me find "Jay"

Go see "Jay " He is my new Korean friend. Long story short, Jay kept his word if I have any problems or needs he would take care of me. I love my Daughters new/used 2012 Honda Civic. It had a minor leak with the stripped oil plug. I took it to Jay to see about his word. It turned out to be a simple fix, through his own mechanics, when my local Riverside county Honda Dealer wanted to replace $495.00 in parts plus tax. I was more than happy to drive 75 miles to see my friend again and save on big repair cost. I will return one of these years if I need a big repair done. Otherwise, I will more than likely have me back, when my youngest daughter will be needing transportation in a few years.

The last of all honest used car dealerships

I called the dealership 30 minutes after they had already closed. Thankfully, Jay picked up the phone. He was very patient with me and was happy to schedule an appointment for the following day. I came late and I had a lot of questions because it was my first car and my first purchase and he was nice enough to walk me through the process and explain everything to me in detail. He made the test drive fairly easy and even hooked it up with a new radio--he didn't even raise the price, he just kept it as is. The posting for the car was very honest. The car I bought had scratches and dings but nothing too bad to fuss about. The car was great! Everything I had expected it to be and more! I even went to take it to my dad's mechanics and they found nothing wrong with it. I'm happy overall with this dealership because they take care of their people and they are honest people. Will most definitely be recommending them to my friends.
