Worst Ever

We were so disappointed with the way our purchase was handled I wanted to write a review so people know that they are very dishonest. Here are a few exampples: we were specifically asked if there was any ripes in seats told no, found a 2" one on front seat, hard to miss, knobs were missing on seats, said we would recieve, but now after sale they said no not going to know, missing handle in glove box, couldn't even open but not getting one now after sale, the car was absolutely filthy, told it was completely detailed, we heard so many excuses than a cat has 9 lives. When my husband called after the sale about these issues, the manager put the saleman on speaker phone and proceeded to having a shouting match with him, sssoooo unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company!!

Good Experience

I came in to this dealership after seeing a car online, and after dealing with Maciej I received a great trade in value on my old car and a very fast, friendly sale on a new car including having some extra work done which was quickly and professionally taken care of.

Casey, I would like to say it has been a pleasure working with you and all of your staff. Meeting Sam on the phone over a holiday weekend to me meant your company from the top down was interested in the customer's needs. Thank you for all the help on the phone and answering all my questions to make this purchase easy and exciting. The car came in last night on transport and is just as described and put a huge smile on my wife's face when we took it out for the first time. Thanks again!

It is clear they have a great eye for the cars they choose to bring in... always super-clean and with feaures/options that make them stand out from most dealers' inventory. Their pricing is spot-on too, as they put their best numbers on display to save time and xx in negotiation. Just bought a used Mercedes SL 600 I worked with Casey and Chad over the phone. They helped deliver the vehicle to me. The vehicle was exactly as they described it. Very accommodating and easy to work with. I couldnt be happier. Love the Car. Will look to working with them again.

MINI purchase

I flew into Chicago prepared to buy a MINI which my husband had found online. I had already talked with Casey and Chad who had answered many questions and provided the necessary paperwork. My son and I were met at the airport and two hours later, we were on our way in a car that I thoroughly enjoy driving. It was a very painless experience.

I flew in prepared to buy a MINI which my husband had found via Internet. Casey and Chad answered all questions, sent paperwork through email, and picked my son and me up at the airport. It was a pleasant experience. I love driving the car.

I caught a flight out on a Saturday morning with my fiancée with the expectations of purchasing a vehicle until it went south. Maciej was the gentleman my fiancée was dealing with and once things for her could not work out, he created a solution for the problem. Chad, the finance manager was great as well and I will be personally purchasing a new vehicle from these guys in the near future.

I purchased a used Volkswagen GTI from Greater Chicago...

I purchased a used Volkswagen GTI from Greater Chicago Motors and had a very pleasant experience working with Maciej. They list cars at reasonable prices and so there's not a lot of haggling or pressure involved in the sale. You show up, you drive the car, and if you like it, you buy it. Even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars they sold, they were very helpful and even sent someone with me so I could get my new car home along with the one I'd driven in with.

Just bought a 2005 BMW a few weeks ago, love the car and was certainly as advertised. Appreciated the professionalism of Nick and the candor regarding the car's condition and price. When I arrived I was impressed with the faciltiy and other personel. A nice suprise was the oil change and brake pad replacement that was included. Only disappointment was the length of time it took to complete the transaction that was primarily due to the additional service provided, wish that could have been completed prior to my arrival.
