Very Good and Clean Used Car Purchased

I ordered from the UK a Range Rover Supercharged 2008 model off Java Auto Sales. I have to say they were very professional and helpful and the car was in immaculate condition. Highly recommended company. Thank you guys.

No Help

I purchased a 06 Jeep wrangler from them and was good at first. But when I drove back home my check engine light turned on and when I finally got around to get a mechanic to look at it the tire rod and both downstream o2 sensor were broken. I contacted Java about it to see if it would be possible to cover then issues due to the fact that it would cost me almost 560$ to repairs it and they basically told me it's not the issue fix it your self. This enraged me the fact that they would sell a faulty vehicle. I don't recommend going to this place. The way they operate is just shady, I didn't feel comfortable there. Just make sure you have a mech look over everything before you buy it because Jave won't spend a dime on assisting the issue like previous dealership have helped me.

love car

Purchased 06 bmw 530i and im happy with deal. Bought car a month ago from a honda accord trade in and i dont miss the honda what so ever.

HAPPY MUSTANG OWNER

Found the car on the intrnet. Java Auto Sale was two hours from my house. I contacted the dealer and asked for more pictures and information about the car. I did not want to drive the two hours and be misled or disappointed in the car. They provided pictures and even called me to follow up. I drove to Java and the car looked as advertised, it was great!. The sale was straight forward and honest. The car did require front brakes, it is a used car after all. I do feel that I got a great deal and am really happy with the car and the expirience. Great Job Java!!! True Americans!

Very pleased despite on one mishap

I recently purchased a 2003 Civi SI. I drove down and saw it on Sunday. I called and inquired about it. I asked if I could take it to see a mechanic and they said yes but it had to be 20 miles locally. They told me that AutoPark Honda was near. I se up an appointment with AutoPark in Cary a week later and they let me take to them. I had to pay them for their services. The results were great except tires. I told Majid about the tires and he was very honest and worked with me. I thought and prayed on it and made a deposit. I had to go out of town. I had pre -approved with my credit union. We closed deal. It was easy because they make you get your own finances. It was very smooth and up front transaction. My deposit was refunded to my credit card today. The only that I really had an issue was that when not paid for, there were not very small dent. One paid for, there a small dent. However, I still love the car and would highly recommend them. Things happen sometimes. I have only driven twice since purchase. It is in my garage. So far things check out stellar. Both brothers and staff were calm and professional. They have nothing to hide or conceal as with the experience with another dealer. It is bottom line dealing. It was peaceful for me with was a god sign for me that it was legit. To any used car, it is not new PEOPLE there will some flaws. I think this is why is says "AS IS". You have to make it your responsibility to get a pre-sale check and pay for it have a local mechanic look it over.

Got a great deal on a great looking and running car. The owner of dealership made time out on a Sunday to come and meet us, unlike any of the other sellers or dealers....just goes to show that if you need something this is the guy to depend on.

Great service. No pressure.

My husband and I drove on the property and a salesman came out to ask if he could help us and to let us know he was there if we needed him. I loved the fact that there was no pressure of someone following me around the whole time. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was very helpful. The cars were extremely clean. We purchased a used car at an affordable price. I went back a week later to pick up my keyless entry and a salesman programmed it for me and I was on my way in about ten minutes. I was very happy with the service that was provided to us.

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Java Auto Sales. I was treated with care and courtesy. Upon finding some problems during the pre-sale inspection, the salesman at Java Auto Sales had them all fixed, even though one part was quite expensive. The sale process was flawless, they even told me how to seek a lower rate on my car loan, and assured me if any problems turned up soon to get in touch with them and they would take care of me. I love my new, used car!

Horrible

I bought a used 2003 Honda civic with less than 50 thousand miles. I didn't even have the car for 2 weeks and had to have the alternator, radiator, and 2 belts replaced. When I took it back to them to look at it after the repairs were done, a balljoint needed to be replaced. They replaced it and did not align the car, and I have to get 2 new tires because the front drivers side tire was completely bald on the outside when I bought the car. They tried to say I drove the car into a ditch, which I did not. With the wear on the front tire it had to have happened before I got the car. And there are still other problems with the car. They would not reimburse me for any of the repairs that I had to have done, and they told me they won't. It was like they never even looked the car over, they just bought it and put it straight on the lot.

I am loving my car!!!!

I brought a 2007 Infiniti G35 a week ago. The car had 89,900. The salesman(s) were very laid back and honest about the car. The salesman(s)even cut me a great deal on the car. I had the car checked out by a mechanic and no issues were found. Actually the mechanic wanted to know where I purchase it from because it was in great condition.
