The sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The service is department is good and fair.

I have been working with Harrison for the past few weeks on an incoming vehicle, Mini Countryman JCW. I was told that it would arrive later in the month or early next month. After dealing with him for two weeks on this, because the previous sales rep dropped the ball, I got a call from Dave telling me that the car I was to come purchase tonight, has now been sold. Turns out, the car had made it to the showroom for Two days and I was not made aware. I did read all the reviews, and most are great, and this could just be an isolated experience. But, this is unacceptable from a BMW brand dealer. I was told to go online and start a build process and that it would take 4-6 months to come. Very disappointed in the outcome, and the dealership.

From seeing the beautiful Limited Untold Edition Clubman on an online ad to contacting Steve Moldavan and being updated on its arrival. They sold the car to me in less than 24 hours of being at the dealership! Beth & Bob were instrumental in the paperwork process which was fast and efficient. Ken the manager chatted with my husband and myself. We Love all the employees at this dealership, they are like family. This is our third Mini and fourth vehicle we?ve purchased from Mini of Fort Myers.

Greetings were friendly and the facility was immaculate. My salesman, Steve introduced himself and continued with an excellent sales process. It was professional and well organized. Overall this was an outstanding experience.

First time buying out of state and flying to pickup. Was a little nervous to see the vehicle for the first time when essentially the sale was complete. Vehicle was basically what we thought. Was in good shape for an older vehicle. Soft top was a little more worn than I?d prefer, but it?s cosmetic. Only gripe was that it was missing floor mats and console cup holder inserts. I did not think to ask prior, as it seemed like something they could?ve/should?ve remedied being as though they are a Mini Dealer selling a Mini. Since I had a long drive ahead and was short on time, I left with some jenky floor mats, but better than nothing. The inserts should be simple enough to locate. Other than that one issue, the staff was great and facility was on point. I?d recommend them anytime.
