I walked into the Pearson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I walked into the Pearson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership today to purchase a brand new 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle. We were greeted by LaVern who was a delight and showed us all of the options and was walking us through the negotiations. When we reached a point in the financial discussions my husband asked to speak to the General Manager, Pete Bilodeau. He entered the room with a condescending and demeaning attitude and proceeded to be so insufferable I left with my 15 year old daughter after barely 2 minutes in tears. He was the most unprofessional sales associate I have ever encountered and to think this is your General Manager! He shouted, rolled his eyes, and when I politely got up to leave he acted very aggressively throwing his arms in the air yelling " What did I even do" repeatedly. He then followed us out into the showroom and I was completely mortified that his behavior was continuing. I left and went to the car with my daughter to remove her from the situation. LaVern followed us to make sure we were ok....she is a complete gem by the way and by no means deserves to work in such a tyrannical and toxic location. My husband said to Pete, "What's sad is you ruined this deal for LaVern" to which Pete's response was "She will get over it!" I cannot even fathom how you have someone like this at the helm of your dealership. I was so ready and excited to purchase the perfect vehicle and Pete's actions have prevented me from being able to do so. I know that Max Pearson would have wanted better and it's a shame that the company is allowing someone like Pete to tarnish and degrade the business he built.

Salesman only look out for themselves.

Salesman only look out for themselves. My son bought his first use vehicle from this dealership and told the salesman what he needed. He said I got you. When time for them to put the part on the told him that the other thing he needed he was going to have to pay for. Called the salesman said he said he would call me back and I haven’t heard from him yet it’s been of two months. Some dealership. The add on the radio said the will take care of the people who buy from them. That is xx. Won’t purchase anything from them again. Sorry salesman ( Phillip). Thanks for your call back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT VISIT THEM! Go somewhere else! I ordered a part with a very nice gentleman named Steve. The part arrived 3 days later and Steve called me informing me that I could come and pick it up! I arrived at the location and unfortunately Steve was gone for the day! Picked up my part from another sales rep, had a hard time finding it, not sure why?! He verified my name and when he came back to deliver the part he asked me for a receipt when Steve had told me it shows in the system that is paid and I don’t need to bring anything further. Anyways, he did gave me the part without a receipt, THANK GOD! I tried to install the plastic part in their service center but the piece would not stay (probably was not putting it correctly), the piece would not snap into place. I asked a younger gentleman to assist me since he was working in the service center. He tried couple times by trying to force it but it wouldn’t click/stay in place. That’s when the HORRIBLE experience started, he asked for help from a service advisor named “DOUG”. If you hear that name minus well RUN! The guy is not helpful and very arrogant, maybe incompetent to say the least! He did not came to assist at first, rather told us he had things but he was walking around. Finally he came over to “assist”, and the first thing he said was that I needed to buy a new piece because the one we had had bended clips by trying to force it into place (younger gentleman). Again, all I asked him to tell me was how to place it into place. Obviously he didn’t know and he didn’t want to help. Doug put the part down and left! I stayed there with the young kid, watching YouTube videos and finally got it in place! Did not needed a new part, just some direction on how to install it. Again, I wish the young kid goes somewhere else to work bc working with people like Doug won’t be beneficial to him. It’s a shame to have people that can’t even assist! We have at least 5 jeep/dodge vehicles, I can tell you for sure that my family won’t visit them EVER again! Thankful for options around. You should fire DOUG!

Sales department great but service, not so much!

The sales side of this dealership is great! They will work with you to come up with a respectable deal that you can be happy with! They will also be more than happy to sell you an extended warranty for a premium amount and extol the virtues of their service department and include a free annual state inspection for the life of your vehicle. And service is their downfall! in my seven years of ownership of this vehicle, I have never been able to make an appointment for service in less than a week and it is often two weeks before they can schedule you in! It would be great if you could plan vehicle issues around their scheduling but come on folks, increase the size of your service department. I love my Chrysler hardtop convertible but thankfully don't put a lot of miles on it so that I have to get frustrated with dealing with the Pearson service department. And this year again, I'll wind up going elsewhere and paying for the annual inspection, hoping that a problem doesn't show up that should have been covered by that expensive extended warranty policy. Oh yeah, the one issue that I did have, which was related to the hardtop being stowed, wasn't covered and cost me over $300!

Excellent Buying Experience

I had my eye on a Lexus NX for a few months and Pearson CDJR happens to have one with the exact specs I was looking for. After test driving the vehicle, as much as I liked the car, I was dismayed that the vehicle had a small chip in the windshield and was adamant that I would not buy a vehicle without having a prepurchase inspection completed. Phil Dossou worked diligently to have the windshield repaired, had the vehicle personally transported to and from the and was extremely friendly and transparent throughout the entire process. He was gracious enough to allow me to take the vehicle offsite to have an inspection. He went above and beyond to ensure that the car would be ready for me to take home that day. Jeff, the finance manager, was also very friendly and gracious. I highly recommend Pearson CDJR to anyone looking for a new or used car!

When I asked about the vehicle they couldn't find the key. After waiting for 20 minutes they finally find the key. I drive the vehicle and notice the transmission is slipping. They have it checked and tell me they're ordering a transmission. After waiting nearly 2 weeks, they inform me they can't find a USED transmission. If I would have known they were going to put a JUNK YARD transmission in it, I wouldn't have wasted my time. They aren't an honest place to deal with.

Very disappointed in communication and honesty with...

Very disappointed in communication and honesty with service appointments and how they are conducted. Very friendly and helpful at the beginning. I made an 8:00 am appointment and arrived at 7:45 am to diagnose the engine check light. I also provided the engine code. I explained to the service rep. the engine code and was told I could drop the vehicle off in the morning and they would take care of it. So I spent most of the day waiting and waiting. At 3:15 pm I decided to drop by and inquire on estimated time when the repair would be completed. Now this is where it starts. I was told there were other customers ahead of me and they haven't looked at the vehicle and they might not have the part. I took my vehicle and left. So what is the point of making an appointment? How do you not know if you have the part or not, even when informed of the issue? They stated they could still diagnose the problem ($100+) but may or may not have the part. What's the point. I will not take my vehicle to this dealer ever again.

So disappointing

I found the suv I wanted I asked for best price OTD I told them I was paying cash and was ready to buy now. Yolanda felt I wasn’t worth her time and would not respond back to me. They let $38K just walk away
