    I left my Jeep with this dealer and when I picked it up, they had cracked the side window. I reported it promptly and hey asked me to bring it in for... them to see. After taking another couple hours away from work to bring it in, they declined to accept responsibility for their damage. The unfriendly experience I had in the past with their staff in conjunction with this experience was all I needed to decide to never leave my vehicle here nor buy another vehicle from Pearson again. This is a poorly run dealer and not worth the risk.

    Great Customer Service. I looked at a 2002 4Runner Limited at the end of December and thought it was the best I'd seen close to my price range. Driving... 130 miles was a risk just to see a 10-11 year old truck but Ryan made sure everything was set for me to see it. I got there later in afternoon on a busy day, but Doug took me to the truck until Ryan became available. Everyone seemed genuine and attentive. The truck was nice with normal issues for its year and miles (144400).These trucks are in demand and prices are rarely flexible. On that first visit, the internet sales manager Tim and I could not come together on a price or trade in value for my Honda. I left without the truck but very impressed with the service and attention. They allowed every opportunity for me to look at the truck and openly acknowledged the normal issues. Fast forward to January. Ryan sent a follow up email regarding my visit and allowed me to re-engage the sales discussion. At the end of the day I agreed to head back to Richmond for another look. Tim called me and we were able to agree on a cash plus trade-in deal. Very fair. Tim and Ryan were great. I brought my two young boys with me to make the deal and we were treated as friends. I arrived very late and did not get any grumpy comments. The deal was very fair for the make and model, the truck is great (first 500 miles) and the service was genuine. I recommend Pearson CJD for all your used vehicle sales. Thanks guys.

    I recently bought a used (2013, low miles) Honda Hybrid Civic from Pearson. Doug, the dealer I worked with, was amazing: truly professional, skillful,... friendly (Southern spirit at its best). No pressure tactics, no pushing, no misery and headaches as usually you get from your average (aggressive and unfriendly) car dealer. This is the 7th car I bought in the last 10 years - by far the most pleasant experience I had so far. Jeff, the financial rep, was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy to understand, crystal clear, and truly affordable / advantageous to us. He was able to offer us the best interest rate we ever got. I am extremely pleased with this experience - working with Doug and Jeff was indeed a privilege for me. I wish other dealers would send their reps to Pearson, to learn about good manners, professionalism, and truly treating your customer with respect.

    I recently had my jeep serviced for a water pump. After 800 bucks it was returned filthy and had a horrible intermitant miss in the engine which I felt... they should have caught. I called to report it and brought it back. Was told another 800 to replaced the PCM. Picked it up today and still doing the same thing. Lord knows what's next. It barely got back to the dealership and the attitude was " we will take a look at it"
