The people at this dealership are the worst kind of people I've ever met in my life I sold them my truck it had a pay out ,and they told me that I would get paid in about a week it's been 3 weeks and they still haven't gotten paid but they sold my truck the very next day and still not gotten paid I'm going up there tomorrow to get paid or my lawyer will call them on Monday to start the legal process there is no way that I would recommend this dealership to anyone not even my worst enemy which they are very quickly becoming please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN NEW MEXICO

Welched on Deal After sending a Purchase Agreement
I made an offer on an 08? Tundra via e-mail, received a phone call from a Salesman named Art a few days later. He said he would check with the Manager and see if my offer will be accepted. The following day I got a call saying he discussed it with the manager and my offer was approved and a Purchase Agreement was drawn up and e-mailed to me for approval and payment. I e-mailed back and asked them to fix a few clerical errors and to add the credit card fee of $150.00 then send me a revised agreement. They did, the problem arose when I requested that once I made the payment that the Title be overnighted to me (I am 2000 miles away) so I could get the Truck Registered in my home State prior to picking it up. I got a call from Kurt the Manager and said he would have to discuss it with the owner. A few hours later Kurt called again and said he they believed they could get more for the Truck and claimed he did not have time to review the offer and backed out of the deal altogether! Remember I had already been sent a Purchase Agreement with the final amounts, the vehicle Info etc. and I was ready to make the full payment, Very Unprofessional! The only reason I did not give them 1 Star is because everybody I spoke to was friendly and responsive and at least Kurt did have the guts to call me formally rather than blowing me off once they lost interest. Still once you make an Agreement and then back out the following day because you ?believe you could get more locally? shows you cannot be trusted.

We regret that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. The sale was canceled for several reasons, but ultimately because of your discomfort level with us running a credit check. When selling to out-of-state customers who wish to pay via credit card over the phone and obtain a title immediately, we must verify that the credit card used belongs to you. Our state dealership association has recommended this step and many more, for our protection as well as yours. We certainly appreciate your consideration of our dealership, and wish you luck in your vehicle purchasing endeavors.
Great service and real people....
This dealership treated me so courteously and respectfully and intuitively...like gold. They clearly wanted to meet my needs rather than just sell a vehicle...I recommend them when I get the chance and plan to get another car from them soon.

Most Honest Dealership I've Found
After exhausting my choices in the big town of Albuquerque, I decided to go out to Moriarty as I had seen their web site and liked what I saw. Sooooooo glad I went that extra mile. Art, Patrick and Dean treated me very well and helped put me in the truck I'd been dreaming about. The dealerships in Albuquerque all told me that what I wanted at the price I was able to afford was not possible. Well guess what! These guys made it happen. I absolutely love my truck and if I ever need or want a different vehicle, I sure hope they are there. They saved me from one of the most spiteful vehicles I'd ever owned by taking it off of my hands. I only feel sorry that they got stuck with it.

Great Team, Very Satisfied
I recently decided to buy a fun car. After looking at a number of vehicles here in Albuquerque I was still on the fence regarding this purchase. This changed once I had found the car at Unique Enterprises and met both Eugene and Dean. They were very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing, let me take my time examining the vehicle, and allowed me an extended test drive. There was zero pressure during the entire decision process, which was extended over a number of days. They were very professional and I believe I got a very fair deal. The purchase experience at Unique Enterprises was well worth the travel time from Albuquerque.

Unique Enterprises offers an honest, solid, caring, conscientious, and hassle-free car buying experience. Needing a larger vehicle for my growing family, I was very concerned about having to go through the used car buying experience which sometimes can be very difficult. Unique Enterprises immediately made me feel at ease through a courteous, easy going, and earnest initial phone conversation where I was quickly able to work out arrangements for a test drive and inspection. When I arrived on site I was greeted again with great courtesy and respect, was able to view the particular vehicle I was interested in, and was not pressured in any way to do or look at anything except what I wished to. The sales personnel on site made me feel at home but let me take my time personally checking over the vehicle in detail, making themselves available if I had any questions, but otherwise let me look at things at my own pace, which I very much appreciated. Necessary arrangements for taking the vehicle for a test drive and having it professionally inspected by the nearest dealership were quick and easy, even though the dealership was a good distance away. Finally, negotiations were fair, respectful, and the professionals at Unique Enterprises truly work with you on a fair and square deal. I purchased a 2009 Toyota Sienna LE minivan and have taken several trips around the state with my family with it with solid performance and no surprises. Unique Enterprises' customer service does not end after you sign on the dotted line, either. Their courteous staff followed up promptly with arrangement for delivery of tag and title - also square dealings with no surprises. The only very pleasant surprise with Unique Enterprises is how easy and stress free they made the car buying experience, and it is a good feeling to know there are honest, professional folks out there like Unique Enterprises. I am planning, if at all possible, to purchase any future vehicles I may need from Unique Enterprises and recommend them to all. In fact I would recommend them far and above other dealerships, and to make a visit even if it entails traveling a long distance - for my family it was definitely worth it.

FAIR & HONEST
I recently decided I needed a used pickup. I went to Yahoo Auto's hoping to find reputable dealers. I can't speak for all of them but I can speak of the buying experience I had with Unique Enterprises in Moriarty N.M. I first spoke with Josh about the truck I was interested in. He said it was still available. I explained that I lived in Co. and would drive down to Moriarty to look at the truck. He ask that I let him know for sure that I was driving down the next morning and he would make sure the truck was there when got there. I called the next morning to assure Josh I was on my way. We arrived after noon, met Josh, he invited us to look the truck over and to test drive it. The truck was as it was describe in the original advertisement. After test driving, we sat down and discuss the used vehicle warranties available. Josh was very knowledge and helped us pick a plain that best fit our needs and buget. Josh introduced us to Jeff the manager. Jeff handled our paper work in a matter of minutes. He explained everything step by step. I have purchased many vehicle's over the years but never from a better group of people.
