Tom and Lou were terrific!!! They were able to work with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted. They gave me a great price for my trade and got me a loan that I could afford. Lou even folded in a great warranty which didn't raise my payment by much. My only complaint is that they have so many great cars, it was hard to choose one. I ended up getting the SUV I wanted at the price I wanted and the payment I wanted. I would recommend Tom, Lou and Stateline to anyone who wants a hassle free car buying experience.

I purchased a 2013 ctv-s $44,500 I took delivery. Five days after my cars was broken down. A bad rod in the engine. They refused to fix. I’m in ligation to get compensation

During delivery I was treated with respect &professional service.I RETURNED for minor problem and was greeted friendly and vehicle was immediately serviced and returned to me.Treated me better than any other dealership ever. This is a great used dealer. Tom and his son are good people. Lou was fantastic to deal with and will go out his way for you. Bought a 2008 BMW from them, the price was good, after an overview it needed some repairs they fixed all the big stuff, didn't nik-pick the small stuff which was maintenance items, the car drives great and was in good condition, great price based on miles, they took care of all the annoying paperwork and were very attentive and gave great customer service, they stock alot of nice cars at good prices, I would recommend this dealer to anyone, I will come back again when the time comes. Just take a drive down there if your looking for a used car, you won't be disappointed.

Nice guys! Very honest, personable and straight forward about the H3 that we bought to tow behind our motorhome! Traveled 3 hours from Albany New York and it was the worth the trip. Very clean and we are happy with our purchase.

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger R/T about 3 years ago from State line Auto. They gave me a good price for my trade in. I have had no major problems with the car other than normal maintenance a couple things here and there. Lou was great to deal with took a little time to get back to me but with this dealership being as busy as it is I think you have to realize it happens and they are only human. I do plan to purchase another vehicle from them probably this year or next. The only thing I wouldn't purchase again would be the PENN warranty the price they pay towards replacement parts are a joke I want high end quality parts put in when they go and the parts they offer you will continue to make the same repair over and over. Great dealership to buy from and that's why I will be back just won't purchase the warranty. They also let me bring the car to my OWN mechanic which happens to be my brother's shop that has been in business for over 30 years and they said just have him make a list and we will make the repairs. We made a list of things that needed to be fixed to pass inspection but didn't knit pick about other repairs that were normal for a 2008 car. I look forward to doing business with them again and hopefully they will give me a great deal on next purchase for being a returning customer.
