I had a fabulous experience at Porsche Austin with Oscar and Eli. The car and the service has exceeded my expectations. I LOVE my new Cayenne!

I had a minor electrical problem that was under warranty. Porsche Austin brought the car in from 90 miles away and fit it in to their busy schedule so that I was out within 24 hours.

Beginning with Kyle Welter, the Service Department at Porsche Austin constantly exceeds my expectations. It starts with Kyle’s strong technical knowledge of Porsches and the efforts he always make to ensure that his client’s requirements are met. His “get-it-done” approach, coupled with Porsche Austin staff of highly skilled technicians is an example of what “right looks like.” For example, I always receive a personal video from the Technician who worked on my car that summarizes the work they did and a pro tip-NICE! And this level of service occurs whether I going for a oil change, a major service or a major repair. As a testament, I drive 70+ miles the have the service done and I know several others who do the same.
