Everything was amazing. I e-signed the documents, wired the down payment and they picked me up at the airport and brought me to my car, which was great. But I asked to change my extended warranty from 2 years to 3 years. They said no problem. Updated the documents and I e-signed the new contract at the higher and agreed upon amount. However the warranty document I received was only for two years. I’ve emailed three times and left multiple voicemails with no response. Once I left with my car they want nothing to do with me. Now I’m going to have to go through arbitration for a couple hundred dollars. Such a waste of my time. The experience was flawless except for this. I waited 4 months to leave this review hoping they would respond and no luck.
