Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't

Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't get headlamp replaced just charged to tell me it was out you pay a lot of extra money so they can pay a lazy service advisor to tell you all that's wrong but to not fix itl I bought my car here I will not buy my next vehicle from here or recommend this place

Buick is a good car for rich people who can afford a lot

Buick is a good car for rich people who can afford a lot of maintenance. The computers and electronics are all nice, but when they break, so will your wallet. If you are a working class person who needs a car that stops and goes without all the bells and whistles, Buick might be too fancy schmancy and high maintenance. Hopefully this will be the last time the alarm decides to fail on me. Will update at a later time if I remember. Also, Buick needs to make an attempt to align its pricing with JD Power and should not sell cars “as is”. The rear brakes were in very bad shape when I bought it. This was more than just hail damage. It was unsafe to drive and needed $1200 worth of repair to get it in decent condition right after I paid for it. So far, I have put $2700 of repairs into my 2017 Buick Encore since I bought it five months ago. That’s not good. Buick sales needs to work more with their customers and less with the bank to come up with a payment plan that is affordable. If it weren’t for the fact that I’m so xxxx good with money, I would be seriously upset. And last but not least, service needs to get people in sooner. I should not have had to wait nearly a week to get my car alarm to stop going off every hour or so. Thanks to Zach for prompt assistance with this matter. Zach has a charming personality and will go far in the sales field, but should try to work more on his price negotiation skills. Giving the customer a price they can afford will keep them coming back for more.

From the sales, finance, and service personnel, everyone was courteous, very helpful, and professional, and more than that, personable. This was my first new car purchase since around 1985 and so it was not taken lightly, to put it mildly.

Bought a buick & have had it less than 6 months & the

Bought a buick & have had it less than 6 months & the brakes keep squeeking. I had them take a look and of course they said nothing was wrong but the brakes are squeeking. I looked at another car and they did the numbers and said they would give me $6000 less than I paid for my car if I was interested in a new car so basically I was ripped off in the first place on the price of my car. The guys up in that second level who do the numbers don't say hello or make eye contact with you. It felt like dealing with a bunch of crooks that don't give a rats xxx about you.

I purchased a 2024 vehicle from this dealership and I

I purchased a 2024 vehicle from this dealership and I only had the vehicle for approx 1 month and 4000 miles and I was getting a "service parking sensor" alert. I scheduled an appointment immediately. We'll the 1st service appointment I dropped my vehicle off at 7am and by 330 pm my car still had not been looked at so i just picked it up and had to reschedule the appointment again. Finally the 2nd appointment they were able to look into it and they advised me that it was a sensor on the front bumper that needed to be replaced but it would not be covered under the manufacturer warranty or the warranty I purchased on top of through green, because it was supposedly damaged and it would cost $1500 to replace. This dealership is only there for the sale and are like snakes in the grass. I would highly recomend going to some other dealership that care about thier customers. They do not respect customers time and do not go above and beyond to satisfy thier customer unless it involves a sale.

The service department was ready for my car at

The service department was ready for my car at appointment time. They got my car in right away and an hour later I was driving home, Great service, did not try to up sell me on unneeded repairs. The lounge are was comfortable and even had coffee and sort drinks free. Good dealership.
