I was trying to find out what this vehicle was used for

I was trying to find out what this vehicle was used for the carfax says corporate and it looks like it’s been taking good care of but I want to know what corporation bought it and there’s a towing hitch on rear I just need to know that info before we work out a deal it looks like they brought it and was serviced by you

Was given a trade in price online for 2024 GMC Pro with

Was given a trade in price online for 2024 GMC Pro with 3200 miles. After driving for 3 hrs. The trade in price is now 4300 less. I guess you would call it a bait and switch or false advertising. Either way, I certainly would not do business with this company.

Worked with JT and Max for the purchase of a 2020 GMC

Worked with JT and Max for the purchase of a 2020 GMC Acadia. We went in with a set monthly payment idea and they worked with us until we got to where we wanted to be. 10/10 customer service experience! Even if things wouldn’t have worked in our favor, we would have left knowing they did everything they could and actually care for their customers! Highly recommend!

The service department has been amazing with each visit

The service department has been amazing with each visit with the work being performed pretty quickly. Sales has been good overall we did have one sales experience that was subpar but the other 3 were good. We would consider them in the future.

Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't

Charged 500 dollars for an oil change and oil cap didn't get headlamp replaced just charged to tell me it was out you pay a lot of extra money so they can pay a lazy service advisor to tell you all that's wrong but to not fix itl I bought my car here I will not buy my next vehicle from here or recommend this place

From the sales, finance, and service personnel, everyone was courteous, very helpful, and professional, and more than that, personable. This was my first new car purchase since around 1985 and so it was not taken lightly, to put it mildly.

Bought a buick & have had it less than 6 months & the

Bought a buick & have had it less than 6 months & the brakes keep squeeking. I had them take a look and of course they said nothing was wrong but the brakes are squeeking. I looked at another car and they did the numbers and said they would give me $6000 less than I paid for my car if I was interested in a new car so basically I was ripped off in the first place on the price of my car. The guys up in that second level who do the numbers don't say hello or make eye contact with you. It felt like dealing with a bunch of crooks that don't give a rats xxx about you.
