Very busy dealership. People are very friendly and courteous. I have not done a lot of business with them other than buying my truck but they were very professional.

Really appreciate Green GMC Buick.

Really appreciate Green GMC Buick. My car battery died on a very cold day and they had the battery I needed and were able to replace it for me. Always friendly service.

The staff was courteous, they found a radiator leak that

The staff was courteous, they found a radiator leak that l wasn't aware of, called the extended warranty provider and arranged the replacement parts that saved me $1,100 plus $600 to cover replacing my TPMS tire pressure Air modules, and saved me $1,700, My bill out the door was $59, I couldn't be more satisfied, I highly recommend Green Gmc in Davenport, Thank You!

Service performed as scheduled. Jason did a good job keeping me informed of progress. Jason updated me on filters and battery issues. Was able to complete all the work and kept me involved.

Not Recommended for Oil Change Service.

Not Recommended for Oil Change Service. Scheduled oil change and arrived as agreed. Requested tire rotation and wiper blade replacement to first advisor. Was handed off to another advisor. Received text message later in the afternoon, vehicle was complete. Replied to text message to confirm latest pick up time, with no answer. Tried calling a couple hours later and left message with another advisor. Finally received a call back end of day confirming 6 pm pick up time. Arrived to pick up vehicle as agreed, to find out tire rotation was not performed. Upon reviewing the inspection report, brake inspection was not performed. They had my vehicle from 8:30 AM until 5:50PM and did not complete work requested and advertised brake inspection as part of oil change scope of work found on their website.
