I wrote previously about having been lied to about a working a/c and a subsequent $1200 expense to get it fixed. Now only two years later my bumper is falling off because the underframe has rusted out. I had been very specific prior to purchase, when contacting the owner, Jamie, about wanting to be SURE the frame was solid, as I had just been through a bad experience with another dealer who sold me a truck that turned out to be completely rusted through underneath. Jamie assured me that he had looked at the frame himself and it was in great shape. I rarely drive this truck, as it is a secondary vehicle, but only two years later my bumper is falling off because the frame holding it has completely rusted out. I also learned, after researching online, that this specific Tacoma had been involved in a nationwide recall because the frames were rusting out, but the opportunity for having it rectified had ended in 2017. The dealership was surely aware of this. Once again, their dishonesty is apparent, and I am left saddled with further expensive repairs that I cannot afford. All their claims about focusing 100% on their customers are empty lies. They refused to even acknowledge me when I tried to make them aware of the problems.

Great vehicle at a great price. No pressure, I made an offer and it was very close to what they could sell the car for. Salesman was honest about what he could sell the car for.

Buyers beware. This is a fraudulent business. They knowingly misrepresent vehicles. Bought a truck and 20 minutes down the road transmission was cracked all the way through. Called right then and our attorney called within the same afternoon. Owner refused to talk to us Quickly placed our trade in truck out for sale. Owner and LLC is a joke. BUYER BEWARE! Ankrom Auto, Cambridge, Ohio I bought a Toyota Takoma there in January, which was advertised as having air conditioning. During test drive, I checked it and the A/C button was blinking. As a widow with little vehicle knowledge, I assumed it blinked when it was on, and it seemed to be blowing cold air (I later realized--January--the engine was still cold--). I asked the dealership if the truck had ALL the features I was looking for, including A/C and was assured that it did. As part of the paperwork I was asked to sign an "As Is Waiver," which didn't seem to be an issue at the time since supposedly it had everything I had asked about. However, when weather turned hot in May, I learned that the A/C DID NOT work. I also went online and learned that a blinking A/C button means there is a PROBLEM with the A/C. Not something a lay person would be expected to know, but certainly something that a dealership should have known. I attempted to communicate the above to the dealership, via three different methods. Surprise--the dealership that communicated easily with me when they were trying to sell me the truck now will not even ACKNOWLEDGE my correspondence. I find myself saddled not only with a $1200 repair bill for the A/C, BUT the alternator also locked up, adding another $700 in expense. This for a truck that is a secondary vehicle and has only been driven a few times since being purchased. Another hard life lesson learned. There are still dealerships out there that are worthy of the stereotype and have NO qualms about taking advantage of the uninformed in order to make a sale.

bought a Lincoln mkz on 07/07/17, still owe 24 months on car, today the car totally shut down and was told I will need a new engine, then he called me out to show me that inside the engine was a yellowed number, meaning the engine came from a salvage yard. our attorney looked at our contract and said that the listed the odometer reading but did not check the not accurate box, meaning this is not legal since this is not the original engine, we now have a 2400 bill on a car we still owe on, which we would have never bought had we been told this

Great place to shop if you're looking for a used car. Great selection, fair prices, no pressure salesmen. A must to stop place if you're in Cambridge.

I came from Columbus to look at a couple SUV's I was interested in. I usually hate buying a car with the dealing with sales people I usually leave with a headache. Aaron, Jamie, and Seth the finance mgr made it easy. They will work with you if at all possible to make a deal. I left with the SUV I wanted and am very happy.
