CONSUMERS BEWARE. Go elsewhere!!!!

I literally had the WORST experience ever at this dealership. Typically I would not waste my time writing a review. My perfect car was not delivered to me because upon signing the the initial credit application and running numbers, i was told that the OWNERS SON had my vehicle and that it had under 1,000 miles on it so they could “probably cut me a deal once i sit with finance” My sales rep, Luis, called Mark who is the son’a owner driving around in this very vehicle. Mark apparently taken his girlfriend to a dental appt and so I was told my car would not be ready until Tuesday—— let me remind you this is a Friday morning!!! This was the only style in white for the SR trim. I literally went home and cried because I left the dealership with the car in black instead. After spending an insurmountable amount of time sitting with my sales person, i felt truly defeated and in accommodated. I asked the sales person: “how many miles are currently on the car of the owners son has had it a few weeks?” He replied.... “ over 500, but definitely under 1000. Once i submitted the credit app online the previous week, why did the owner Continue to let his son ride around Boston with his friends, girlfriend, whomever——- poor poor customer service. I WILL NEVER go back to Nissan 24—- not even to service my vehicle. I will go to another Nissan dealer. Needless to say this will be my FIRST and LAST Nissan vehicle. Buyers beware. You are just a sale. What you want (color, lease, miles) does not matter. The sad part is—— that car is STILL listed on line and available. They should probably update it to inform customers that it has been well broken in—— thanks to the “owner’s son.”

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced

I’m talking the time to write this review hopefully to save someone else disappointment and frustration. I’ve purchased cars before- these people have no respect for you or your time or your money. I came in with a preapproval that they tried to play me by adding a warranty when they submitted the deal that I did not discuss with them. Then the car had one imperfections( the drivers seat was torn) they told me it would be fixed when I purchase the car. When I picked the car up the seat was not fixed and I noticed the passenger seat was also damaged and the sales guy told me “well you’re buying a used car”. Huh????? I have not heard back from them now a week later going into two weeks about getting the seat fixed. As soon as I didn’t want to take all their upfront extra fees and their structured deal so they could get their bonus upfront that treated me like crap. Don’t buy here please.


Worst service ever

Walked out of finance office and dealership. Due to sales dept lies. But ended up buying car couple days later due to love of car. 30 days later been in shop 5 times always have to call for update then never get call back. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.


Luis Ribeiro and Manny Ribeiro

No need to go anywhere else if you are thinking about buying or leasing a new vehicle. Luis Ribeiro is an amazing salesman. I loved being part of the entire buying experience and seeing how good my best friend was treated. Smiles all around seeing him get his 2018 Nissan Altima SR. A all the way around from start to finish. I cannot wait to go back to Nissan 24 this summer to purchase my new Rogue. from Luis :). Also a special shout out to Manny Ribeiro the Sales Manager as he is simply the best nobody is better than him always so helpful. :) Best car buying experience ever!!!!

Excellent service from Chris

Just got my second vehicle from Nissan 24 and had a great experience. Thank you Chris for making the exploration and decision making process easy. Chris, who repeatedly went out of his way to ensure that my car purchase experience was not the normal, boring, event that most consumers dread. He was transparent as possible, which means a lot to a customer who may not understand the car purchase process. With his great personality, he made the signing process was easy and painless. I would recommend Nissan 24 to anyone in the market for a vehicle


Buyer Beware

If you are going to buy from Nissan 24, make sure to triple check the carfax and inspection reports. I bought a used 2017 Nissan Rogue 3 months ago. I have had nothing but problems with it and today when I had it serviced the service manager and I noticed that the information on my papwerwork was NOT the information on file in his system. I have called and made them aware of the mistake and was told "I can send you the correct paperwork". The fact that they gave me incorrect paperwork is unethical and reminds me of old " bait and switch" sales tactics. I will notifying the attorney generals office and BBB.
