Love this dealership

From when I walked in, to when I left, I was treated respectfully and professionally. Everything was explained to me before my service, and after. And my car was even washed. Thank You Lia Honda.

My service rep Dennis Raskin is extremely polite and

My service rep Dennis Raskin is extremely polite and professional. I came in early for a car recall and he made sure he kept me updated throughout the day so I could be on my way out early than expected. As always 5 star service. The service team at Lia Honda is excellent.

Susan Kelly was my Service Rep, and I couldn't be happier

Susan Kelly was my Service Rep, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I brought my 2018 Honda Accord EX in for an inspection and knew I needed to replace or repair some items. I discussed my concerns with Sue and was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and ability to offer me alternatives. It was so refreshing to have a skilled Service Rep who actually listened to my concerns. Sue kept me apprised of the service progress throughout my appointment and I left feeling I received an outstanding service at a very reasonable price. I give a 5-star rating to the dealership, service rep, and service tech(s). I love the way Lia treats their customers!

My Honda advisor, Mark Wertheim, is exceptional!

My Honda advisor, Mark Wertheim, is exceptional! He has the customers best interest at heart. They helped me replace an expensive part and communicate with the warranty specialists to help offset the cost. As a young woman, I am very concerned about being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs and topics I'm not knowledgeable in. Mark Wertheim and the technicians at this Honda location were professional and caring. They made me feel at ease and weren't "scammy". I will definitely be coming here in the future for any Honda specific needs.
