Lia Honda's Shane Masterson is a good salesman, not pushy, helpful and informative. He is blessed by having a great product to sell, the CR-V EX-L... practically sells itself. In order to accommodate me, he showed up two hours earlier than his usual beginning time so that I could test drive the car, and helped me understand the various computerized bells and whistles of the car. That's it; I said "sold". Thank you Shane.

Everything is always outstanding. I was taken on time for my appointment and treated most courteously. I have been patronizing your service department... for 20 years and the people who do the servicing, from the service manager to the mechanics, are the reason that I continue to buy my vehicles from Honda of Kingston. I drove over an hour to come to this dealer because they had several cars with the specific options I wanted. Great inventory. Negotiations with Max Levin... were actually pleasant ! As it was the last day of a sale promotion, Max put all the pieces together so I could finish the deal right then and there. Max was also very thorough in explaining and setting up all the features in my new CR-V so I had a safe drive home. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the surrounding area - well worth the trip !

So slow and unorganized. The worst buying experience ever. Couldn’t have been any longer of a process to take delivery. Go to friendly Honda, avoid... at all costs.

I have been taking my Honda to the service department over the years and found them to be excellent. From Sue Kelley and Debbie Gambino in the service... advisor function to Becky in Parts and John in the garage. I couldn't ask for a better team to service my vehicles and provide proper insight to potential problems along with options for recommended repairs. Definitely customer orientated being truthful and above all honest.

Excellent service. My complaint is that one reason I bought a Honda is that we could get a loaner and not waste enormous amounts of time waiting for servicing.... Then you reneged on that agreement. I love my Honda. I love Susan and the service, but I think my next car will be with a dealer who cares about not wasting my time.
