Stay away from them

They’re shady business!! I’ve bought several cars and never have I had to go to the financial company to pick up title and registration!! They didn’t call me to let me know about them and I had to call them due to my tags expiring in a couple weeks!! This car will be traded asap and I will never do business with them again!! Car radio doesn’t work check engine light is on and I’ve only had the car less than 8 weeks

Terrible Salesmanship and Shady Backwards Business

I already owned a 2003 Jeep Liberty so I am no stranger to consistently paying for work to be done on that car. But I was helped by Bishop which he made me feel like he would take care of me and place me in a car that was reliable and one that I wouldn’t have to put any money towards repairs any time soon. (By the way I am a college student who currently live in Louisville but goes to school in Maryland) so I needed a car that was inexpensive and not a project car. I ended up with a Nissan Xterra, when I test drove it ALL THE ELECTRICALS WERE WORKING IN THE CAR!!! When I signed off on it and drove the car off the lot I realized my tail lights were not working and the lights inside the car were all off and barely visible. And random lights on the dashboard would come on and off as well as the passenger air bag sign was blinking. When I checked under the hood the fuse box was completely exposed as well as fuses worn and blown out which I found out the tail light bulbs were shorted by the faulty fuses. I was incredibly pissed because they sold me a car knowing I have to drive 8hrs with the car back to Maryland a few days after I bought it!! That’s incredibly dangerous and terrible terrible salesmanship. I will gladly pay this car off soon and I am getting another one just not from them! They screwed me over on this car!!!

Bad cars

They sell broken cars get a third party mechanic to check it before they say their car are good until you go home and everything starts going bad on them worst service and never buying here again

2012 Ford F150

I purchased my 2012 Ford F150 from Patrick last year. My credit didnt qualify for bank financing so I was approved for their own financing program. I have made my weekly payments on time or early and my credit score is now in the high 600's so if I ever wanted to refinance I can. Its proven you can rebuild your credit with Greg Coats Cars, Patrick is awesome but the entire staff certainly are willing and able to help.

Not The Best Dealt With, By Far.

Pestered the xxxx out of me when they needed something. When I needed something no calls/messages returned. Fuel tank was nearly empty and told gas would be put in. Either it wasn't or they only put in a few dollars. Salesman also told me extended warranty would be offered in finance signing. I was too busy checking out numbers and did not realize until a few days later that it was not mentioned and when I reached out to follow up, message was not returned. Vehicle came from out of state and was in their possession long enough to have had it inspected per Kentucky requirements but salesman waiting three days after sale and sent text "reminding me of inspection" the next day. I don't remember him saying anything about it since I live 30 minutes away so not just a short drive across town, and doing this wouldn't make me happy. I am sure this is not going to matter to Tammy "The Terminator" because according to salesman they sell over 100 cars a month.
