Not very happy
I purchased a car Wednesday night around 6 PM. Friday morning I called to return the car because I wasn’t happy with the purchase. I was told by Jerry that in the state of Missouri you can’t return a car. That sounds like a bunch of bull I’ll never go to Ford again and I should’ve stayed away from Dave Littleton Ford

They Make Car Buying Easy
I've purchased two cars from Dave Littleton Ford, and both times the experience has been easy - pleasurable, even. No pressure, no 'tactics' at all. No 'let me run this by my manager' games: The person who starts the deal finishes it. It's a small town experience, and more like buying from friends, than from a business. Most recently I was given more for my trade than any other dealer offered, paperwork was efficiently processed, and I was out the door in less than 90 minutes with my new car. As I said, it doesn't get much easier. Best dealership I've ever done business with, hands down.

Dave Littleton Ford in Smithville
Pat Ledford was pleasant, helpful and informative. He made the buying process simple and smooth, not alot of hassle. I love my Ford Fusion. It's been too long since I've had a nice car. I drive my cars until it can't be driven any longer even with repairs. My last car was as basic as you can get, manual locks and windows. I'd would recommend a friend or relative to see Pat Ledford. I'd go back, but again I'll be driving my Ford Fusion indefinitely.

Great experience, fair pricing
My family has purchased 4 new or used vehicles from Dave Littleton Ford over the past 10 years. We've worked with Hope Hallowell each time and the experience has been excellent. Your salesperson handles the entire deal, no getting passed around for financing or trades, etc. You'll get the best overall deal without having to argue the pricing. They are realistic on trade values and will explain why your car came in higher or lower than average. They don't charge documentation fees. Overall, we've been treated fairly and like a friend. Will continue to shop and service here.

New F150 purchase
Awesome!! If and when I want to buy another new ford they will see me again!! This was my second purchase from Dave Littleton Ford. Both times I drove away very happy.

No answer to my question
Asked a question via cars.com website and never did receive acknowledgement or an answer. They are sending me emails telling me about other cars now :(

Hope was my sales lady and wonderful. She was not pushy and let us walk around and look at trucks without hovering over us. Once we found a vehicle we liked we told her and she set up a test ride. We bought the vehicle and the paperwork was easy and fast. It was a one stop finish. No finance manager to visit, no after market manager to visit and we had our title paperwork when we walked out the door. Prices are low without all these middle people.
