Great Quality Buying Experience

It takes a lot for me to take the time to offer praise. After a month I am still pleased with the help and service given me by the good people at this dealership. I had been looking for a new vehicle. A friend recommended Ford and this dealership. A number of retired Ford employees spoke highly of their service which I have not yet used. I could not be more pleased with the sale and after sales support. They exceeded my expectations. This is based upon having purchased 23 different vehicles purchased from some very good people and some not so good but these guys were as good as it gets.



Very kind and easy to work with, I would highly recommend them.

Not very happy

I purchased a car Wednesday night around 6 PM. Friday morning I called to return the car because I wasn’t happy with the purchase. I was told by Jerry that in the state of Missouri you can’t return a car. That sounds like a bunch of bull I’ll never go to Ford again and I should’ve stayed away from Dave Littleton Ford

Service department beware! Took my truck in to replace...

Service department beware! Took my truck in to replace shackle bushings. They said they could not repair but found other bushings bad and charged $89 diagnostic fee. I was going to have them repair for a total of $600 until I was charged the diagnostic fee.


They Make Car Buying Easy

I've purchased two cars from Dave Littleton Ford, and both times the experience has been easy - pleasurable, even. No pressure, no 'tactics' at all. No 'let me run this by my manager' games: The person who starts the deal finishes it. It's a small town experience, and more like buying from friends, than from a business. Most recently I was given more for my trade than any other dealer offered, paperwork was efficiently processed, and I was out the door in less than 90 minutes with my new car. As I said, it doesn't get much easier. Best dealership I've ever done business with, hands down.

Dave Littleton Ford in Smithville

Pat Ledford was pleasant, helpful and informative. He made the buying process simple and smooth, not alot of hassle. I love my Ford Fusion. It's been too long since I've had a nice car. I drive my cars until it can't be driven any longer even with repairs. My last car was as basic as you can get, manual locks and windows. I'd would recommend a friend or relative to see Pat Ledford. I'd go back, but again I'll be driving my Ford Fusion indefinitely.

Great experience, fair pricing

My family has purchased 4 new or used vehicles from Dave Littleton Ford over the past 10 years. We've worked with Hope Hallowell each time and the experience has been excellent. Your salesperson handles the entire deal, no getting passed around for financing or trades, etc. You'll get the best overall deal without having to argue the pricing. They are realistic on trade values and will explain why your car came in higher or lower than average. They don't charge documentation fees. Overall, we've been treated fairly and like a friend. Will continue to shop and service here.
