INFINITI of Sarasota

My car, which had been very reliable for 10 years, had its first problem with an inoperative air conditioner. I took it in on a Monday which was New Year’s Eve. They needed to order a part and by Thursday, 2 business days later the part was in and the car fixed. The service was quick and the price fair.

Service was completed as represented from a time standpoint. Waiting room and amenities were very good. Car was nicely vacuumed and washed. . Overall a top quality facility.

A wonderful and painless experiance with a honest dealership. Very Rare. Finally a car dealer that understands how to treat a customer and goes the extra mile.

Appointment was timely. Service staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very good at communicating. I left feeling confident that my car had been well serviced and will definitely be coming back to this dealership.

Buying a used car can be interesting. You get hounded from the moment you walk on the lot, pressured into higher priced vehicle, and then badgered to buy additional products. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED at Infinity of Sarasota!!!! This was the BEST car purchasing experience I have ever had! They only showed me cars I wanted, did not pressure me to buy or try to push me to a higher dollar amount, were willing to bargain, and quickly handled the paperwork! They even got my insurance set up and printed my new insurance cards! It was a wonderful car shopping experience, and I'm glad I purchased my new (used) car here. :)

Great dealership, awesome salesman (john reamer). clean restrooms.(i'm an old man on high pressure meds and clean restrooms are very important to me. It also shows how attentive the dealer is to detail.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation . My car was ready in less time than promised and it washed! These guys provide great service and do so quickly.
