Would give zero.

Would give zero. They won’t even drop a penny. Made a really good offer and they wouldn’t even drop a penny. Noticed they still have that same vehicle after 2 months. They can keep it and keep losing money

2024 bought a vehicle that was three thousand overpriced. Still no title. Going to talk to Virginia theft dept to see why no title. I have proof of payoff

Leon Jones at Hyman Bros.

Leon Jones at Hyman Bros. is the BEST! I told him what I was looking for and he delivered. Other dealerships I visited tried showed me more expensive cars. Not Leon. He stayed in my price range and did not pressure me at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Leon Jones and Hyman Bros.

Not Again

Will not return. After taking my QX60 into my local, trusted Ashland, VA mechanic and being told it's an issue that needs to go to an Infiniti dealership, I made the trip down to Hyman Brothers formerly Pierson Infiniti (a respectable service provider). It was determined that the Display Control Unit needed replaced and reconfigured, approx. $2300. In addition, multi-point inspection, oil and filter change, tire rotation, leak from oil pan sealant, replace the filter for the interior cabin air, transmission flush and fill, transmission service, brake fluid service...total over $1800. Told them no to all the extras and yes to Display Control Unit. Got messaged back that they would do all the maintenance ($1800) and replace the Display Unit for free..?? So we bit, said ok to all the work. Picked up my car a few days later. The sound on the radio and during phone calls cuts out at regular intervals now. Drove it back to Ashland and then a total of 20 miles in the few days following and notice a knocking under the hood. This knocking was getting worse. There was zero sound coming from anywhere prior to the initial service and our local mechanic had not detected any issues. Took the car back to Hyman and miraculously the cooling fans have play and are hitting the fan shroud. Cost $974.72+tax The audio issue was found by Hyman to be that the vehicle is not connected to the antenna. The telematics control unit needs replaced and re-configured $938.48+tax. We left without any service being performed. I do not believe this is an honorable dealership. I believe the issues following service are suspicious. Interesting that the "fan issue/shroud" was not discovered in the complimentary multi-point checkover. We are now seriously considering getting rid of all our Infiniti cars because there is no other Infiniti dealership in Richmond.

An absolute sham of a dealership charging 8k over msrp

An absolute sham of a dealership charging 8k over msrp for a vehicle. I don’t understand who is paying 8k over msrp for anything, they literally have the msrp set as the value of the vehicle and this company thinks it’s ok to charge a blanket 8k over just because it’s a popular vehicle. We need to buy two new cars in the next year (one now and one in about a year) and because of this policy, we will not step foot in any of the Hyman dealerships. There are plenty of options out there where you can buy a vehicle without an absurd “market adjustment”

We bought a car from him in the middle of COVID because my car had been stolen. He was so kind to my family and wasn’t pushy. It took me a minute to get used to a bigger vehicle but I love it now and it’s been great for family vacations. Thank you Hyman Bros and Dre Thomas for your good service.
