I had a fantastic experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly listened to what I needed in a vehicle. Attention Buyers beware.

Attention Buyers beware. Anyone about to buy a car from northeast auto gallery. They are lairs, scammers and will smile in your face to sale you a lemon. My husband and I just bought a vehicle from them. Everything was OK until 3 days later and my check engin light came on. They did fix it. But I got it back and then not even a week later my power steering is acting up and my check engin light is back on. I do belive Eric the service manager know about these issues plus this was his personal vehicle he was selling. Jen is incharge so there is no way that she was unaware of what was going on with that truck. Please don't let them take you for your money. Do not buy from them. 1

A great experience!

A great experience! We purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra all done online. The whole process was super easy and efficient. Jen and Nina were very quick to respond to all my messages. We chose to have the car delivered since we were 3 hours away. Once we got the car, there was an issue with it. We ended up having to take it to a dealership and have some rear sensors replaced. I contacted Eric who then sent us a check for the repair. Northeast Auto Gallery is an amazing dealership and we would 100% purchase from again.

This summer I had the pleasure of purchasing a car here, and I am truly impressed with the exceptional level of service I received. Both Jen and Nina were incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and requirements. They guided me through their inventory with patience and expertise, ultimately suggesting a car that perfectly aligned with what I was seeking. Furthermore, the owner provided a significantly better value for my trade-in compared to other dealerships and businesses. I am very grateful to their team for assisting me throughout the purchase process, from navigating financing to addressing all of my questions.

Exceptional service and treatment!

Purchased my first Audi A3 here a month ago, and so far, I've had no issues at all. The service was excellent, and Jen helped me out with financing through my own credit union, so I didn't need to go through a financing application with other companies. They provided me with an AutoCheck before the purchase and told me everything they knew about the car. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

My 2013 S550

Horrible car buying experience!!

The worst car buying experience I ever had. I bought it in Ohio and live in PA. But the Paperwork should of never been so botched like this. They blamed the loan company which they recommended. On top of that the car never had a proper key. Gave me emergency key only. And pulled the horn relay so it wouldn't honk when turning the key to the on position. The cluch and fly wheel went out 3 weeks after I bought it. All in all, about 2 grand in things needed to either repair or replace what's was missing on the car. That place is such a hot mess. Don't bother.

Great hospitality
