New truck with transmission issue

I bought a truck, since day one had an issue, knocking transmission, at first i tought it was doing it because it was new, but after a week it became worse, I took it to do service, they told me it needed a upgrade, that transmissions, now will have updates(like phones). It came out after 2weeks, Same issue, now i had to leave it for 4 weeks, because transmission technician is on vacation.. its my fault for buying something new, but unfair to pay for something everymonth, when its been 6weeks on the shop. A quick hint, check the vehicle first, test drive it. Im so mad/sad too.

Great customer service! Employees are attentive, very helpful, and knowledgeable! Fabian went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I was able to take home a brand new vehicle with a nice monthly payment! Highly recommended!!!

Won’t let me leave a zero

Just picked up my car from getting fixed AC and they gave me my car with the engine light on. Didn’t say anything we’re just going to let me drive off. When I brought it up to their attention they said they have to check it and if it’s something they touched they won’t charge me but If not they have to charge me… I didn’t drop it off why the engine light on. Why were they going to give me my car like that and still want to charge me. And now they are taking their sweet time because “managers are in a meeting” I have my sleeping daughter in the rental with my husband. I was supposed to go drop off. This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. As if I didn’t just pay $800 for a service they obviously did not do right.

If i could give it a 0 star i would!

If i could give it a 0 star i would! Worst place to have your vehicle serviced. A whole week seating on the lot i kept calling all they said was they would check. Ended getting my truck out of there! Don’t take your vehicle for service there!!!

I feel that what the sales manager and I agreed on as the final selling deal was not what I ended up signing for, Signing of contract was very difficult with financing representative. Document were on large computer screen and the document at times facing him with very little time to read. After signing all the paperwork I did not get a copy of the forms until two days later. Financing employee had gone to lunch or was not available when I went to get my copies.

Worst customer service

I’ve been trying to get information about one of their vehicles for a week! I’ve talked to three different salesmen and not one could get back at me. This has got to be the worst online service I’ve had.
