    Took M5 in for spring service and they said I needed over 8K in repairs. I foolishly agreed to over 6K in repairs including new clutch. When I got the... car back it had a loud and constant noise that was never present before. When I took it back for them to fix it, they said it was not their fault, but just a "coincidence". When I complained further, they said they could probably fix it for an additional $2000.00! What a scam.

    Richard We're sorry your E39 M5's driveshaft U-joints have worn out and need replacement after 80,000 miles. This is not an uncommon failure and like... all mechanical items, does have a finite service life. The joints are only able to be serviced if the entire driveshaft is replaced which accounts for the vast majority of the repair cost. We are surprised that you waited over 4 months and several thousand miles to bring this issue to our attention. We are further surprised that a recommended repair of a worn-out mechanical component would get in-between a relationship that we established with you in 2013. We are still unsure how you assume or blame the work we performed, a clutch replacement, caused a driveshaft U-joint to fail? As discussed with you, EAG will always stand behind our workmanship and products but in this case there is no failure nor negligence on our behalf.

    I knew the car itself would be terrific based on our discussions, my visit to your facilities and what previous customers have said. What I was not... prepared for was a totally different, refreshing and complete customer experience. I have never had a car purchase experience remotely close to the level of customer service, attention to detail and communication. I say all this and have yet to actually take delivery of the E39 M5 as we wait out a hurricane in the southeast. While I am a perfectionist when it comes to my cars, I think you and your team are a cut above in those terms. I am so pleased that I chose to work with EAG and know I will again in the future. All the best and thank you again to you and the entire EAG team.

    I had a fantastic buying experience with these guys. There seems to be polarized views on the way they do business, but to me they are a rare and valuable... group determined to be the M specialists and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Yes it will be more expensive than some private listings. You get a ridiculously clean needs-nothing car with some of the best and brightest techs getting the car into show condition. Beyond the car itself, the customer service was great. Would absolutely recommend.

    I purchased a limerock m3 from EAG (worked with Eric). I am beyond pleased with both the purchase and customer service. The car arrived exactly when it... was promised and in excellent condition. Eric was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend purchasing a car from him.

    I have been dealing with Eric and the folks at EAG for around 10 years and 5 cars. They seem to be able to locate the finest examples of M cars, acquire... them and meticulously go through them both mechanically and cosmetically before listing them for sale. Can’t say enough good things about the service and parts departments. They go above and beyond to provide great service and make sure the customer is satisfied. EAG is not a stuffy dealership. The staff is friendly, it’s casual and they seem to enjoy their work. What’s not to like? They’re surrounded by fantastic cars and have great ownership and management.

    I had a great experience with the guys at EAG. Eric, one of the owners, was my main contact. He was very professional and responsive with me. He provided... many detailed photos and service records. We even did a FaceTime call to do a live walk around of the car so that I could ask questions. I flew in from Spicewood TX to pick up the car. The M3 was ready to go on my arrival. The paperwork went quickly and efficiently. I would buy a car from EAG again.

    From the 1st call back to the delivery of my used 2017 M2, Eric and the people at Enthusiasts Auto Group have been thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful,... & professional. Eric Keller (one of the Owners) took the time and answered all my questions and provided extensive photographs of the car. EAG’s business staff (Blaire), general manager (Josh) and Logistics (Todd) were teutonic in their efficiency but quite personable as well. The car arrived as advertised & thus far I have enjoyed the baby beast immensely. Kudos to EAG and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. If you want the best in the M car world (I turned down a similar offer from my BMW dealer of 30+ years in STL) try them out. Don’t take my word, call EAG and find out.

    Purchased an overpriced 2008 Z4M with less than 6,000 miles. Purchase has hassle free and car arrived at my home in NY in mint condition. A few days... later car developed a problem, which my local BMW dealership determined was the ABS module. Local dealership told me the part alone was going to be $3000. I sent EAG a simple e-mail letting them know of my disappointment with such a major repair on a new purchase. They immediately responded by contacting my local dealership and sending the dealer the new part, at no cost to me. They backed up their sale with a $3000 part, quickly, hassle free, with no pressure from me. That was amazing after sale support that went well beyond anything I would have expected.

    I have purchased 15 cars from Enthusiast Auto and wouldn't buy anywhere else. If you're looking for a pre-owned M car, this is the place to visit. Their... knowledge, service, and quality of cars are second to none. Their prices are not the lowest, but you definitely get what you pay for, especially when looking to buy such a special car. Take my advice from someone who has learned the hard way, don't go anywhere else.
