The service people were personable.
The service people were personable. The waiting room needs to be updated. Chairs had torn upholstery and very dark interior.

They answered all my questions , helped me find the perfect car with in my budget , and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Great service purchasing a car from Myung and his team
Great service purchasing a car from Myung and his team today. They were courteous, responsive, honest, and gave us a great deal. Process was easy and fun. Started out looking at a more expensive model, but they worked to get a great price on a less expensive model that was an even better fit for us. I'm very happy :) and would definitely recommend!

Great service purchasing a car from Myung and his team today. They were courteous, responsive, honest, and gave us a great deal. Process was easy and fun. Started out looking at a more expensive model, but they worked to get a great price on a less expensive model that was an even better fit for us. I'm very happy :) and would definitely recommend!

Simon and Phill were super nice and helpful!! Jeff was very nice in terms of working with him and how he spoke to us. There was some discrepancies in what i was told by sales what I would pay versus when I sat down with finance what I actually paid. I wasn’t given the itemized breakdown of financial jargon until after I paid. It was only broken down on a piece of paper. When i called to speak to Charlie D. He broke it down. I tried explaining to him what I was told by Jeff in the numbers and that I was upset about the difference in 1000 dollars not being accurately ballparked. I get u gotta do the credit application first, but I shouldn’t be blind sided with out of pocket upon leaving. I was told I was only paying taxes fees and first month. 0 down!! It wasn’t 0 down so idk why sales told me that. I don’t mind you know, but tell me upright. Anyways, Charlie D heard my voice get shaky which it was. I was upset and teary because it’s intimidating to do this for the first time and hear all these new financial terms, but i was not angry or yelling. I was also overwhelmed as I am novice in these things. Charlie had said verbatim “you’re getting real emotional you should just return the car.. you’re getting real emotional over 200 dollars just return it.” so condescending. it was not over 200 dollars and even if it was? so what? if I’m short 200 dollars when I come to pay you, you would be just as upset! It was around 1000 difference. I explained to charlie i expected to be told a price between 2k-3k upon meeting with ANYONE. However, i told jeff along with my dad via phone we weren’t tryna pay much more over 2k.. and jeff said “shouldn’t be bc ur putting 0 down.. charlie does the numbers but its taxes and fees” I had my calculator out in front of Jeff and calculated taxes first months and a predicted dmv fee.. Jeff said that would be around what i would pay. He didn’t tell me to add 650 for a bank fee! I had the calculator out tryna financially prepare.. tell me then to add that in. THATS STANDARD credit application or not! If your customer is asking for numbers, tell someone to run them. Dont low ball me and get me to agree then when i get the numbers after blame finance. Simon and Phill were so nice and helped me out a lot. If charlie would have said nicely like “hey so sorry for any confusion idk what happened in sales i just do the numbers.” I would have been chilling. But the way he spoke to me was so disrespectful coming from someone who has 3 daughters himself, my father got on the phone and said “i dont appreciate you calling my daughter too emotional and talking down to her.” He yelled and said “SHE IS EMOTIONAL I AINT TAKING THAT BACK.” It’s just so disrespectful and customer service is clearly his weakness. I hope his 3 daughters are never spoken to that way by a male because I know he would freak out on them. I don’t say that to be disrespectful, but more eye opening and to realize who you’re speaking to. You are speaking to another man’s daughter. It’s not a game. I got my car at end of month so definitely was rushed. I work in sales i know end of month stress is crazy. I can understand.. just do it right. I loved the car. would have still paid what I had paid. Shout out again to Simon for the lovely help in my taking my jeep and giving me a great deal. Shout out to Phill for also being so kind in speaking to my boyfriend who expressed our concerns. Jeff again is a pleasant person and he definitely was trying to help, I just think once numbers got involved that weren’t accurate, that’s what left a sour taste.
