Good job

Wife and I was looking for a dodge ram 1500. Seen one at Chapman Met the sales person name Glen Corrow. Did a wonderful job talk with us. Made us feel welcome. Answer all questions appropriately. I would recommend him to anyone. Car dealership need more people like him working for them. Did a wonderful job with us. He is a people person. I have been to a couple dealerships and if you wasn’t ready to buy then and there they didn’t show interest

Great experience

I went in to look at a specific vehicle, Nissan Rogue Hybrid. I worked with Steve Ahart who was very accommodating. He explained a lot of features and driving differences of hybrid. Dealership was pretty firm in price but did negotiate some, mostly on removing anti-theft and other add-ons not included in “sticker” price. Buying process itself was quick and painless.

Horrible customer service

Steve Ahart "Guero " Was very rude to my mom trying to purchase a vehicle from them. He thought it was ok to yell at her and tell her that the world does not revolve around her. For asking for an update on the vehicle she was trying to purchase. I don't recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service 👎🏼

First car buyer.. Awesome expireance

After shopping for 3 months Chapman Paloverde was my second stop.. and Happy to say my last stop.. Adrian Franco was very frenidly, aprochable, and professional.. easy to work with. I recommend you shop at Chapman Pablo Verde in Tucson Az

Awesome and Very Friendly.

I received nothing but amazing customer service.. every employee that I spoke to with my visit while shopping for my new car was excellent, Adrian Franco was my sales person, if you're shopping for a new or used car.. make Chapman Paloverde your first stop, I promise your experience will make it your last stop while shopping for a New vehicle.

I was shopping for a small Toyota or Nissan truck

I went to the used dealership with the intent of shopping for a used small pickup. Both the manager and sales representative were most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The visit was conducted in a very informal friendly atmosphere with no pressure. I was most impressed and told my wife who leased a new car from the Automotive Group.

Stear clear at all costs!

Chapman business practices are by far the worst I have ever had the dishonor of dealing with. I purchased a SUV about 6 months ago from them. At the time that we test drove it there were a couple things that were noticed. I was told that I could take a look at them and promptly bring it back if there were any issues discovered. Week 1 with the truck, AWFUL sound coming from the back end but only when cold as well as a clunk in the front end. I brought this up to them twice, left it there for 2 days so they could witness it themselves. Basically at the end of it I was told I was full of it and there were no issues. After doing some of my own research I learned that the incorrect fluid was used in the rear differential, $50 and an hour of my own time and the issue was fixed. For the front end clunk, parts had been pulled from the truck and there are bolts in the subframe that are rattling around, this is a painfully obvious sound. To claim to not hear it at all is just ridiculous. As time has gone on I realized more and more that these cars are simply masked to make it off of the lot with huge underlying issues. Water pump failed with 5K miles. All struts are blown. Front brakes were nearly gone. Tie rods needing replaced. Transmission desperately needing serviced. I have never bought a car from any dealership that needed just routine maintenance so badly. It was my error for not really digging into it as I should have beforehand, but the idea of a dealership is trust. To make matters worse, I end up discovering that I know someone who works for the Chapman Auto group. When they found out that I purchased a vehicle from them, the only response I got was "Why on earth would you buy from them?!" The employee went on to tell me that they have a reputation for covering flaws just to clear their lot, and that they would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them. I regret the day I purchased this vehicle, I have had to replace something at least once a month for the past 4 months now. I?m making payments on something I have to continue to drop money into regularly to keep running. It?s absolutely ridiculous.
