Have had a bad experience with different things at this

Have had a bad experience with different things at this dealership. Was told we could get lower insurance with using one of their brokers. Insurance policy is being canceled because he was not an authorized agent for progressive Insurance.

I recently worked with Roundtree on a trade.

I recently worked with Roundtree on a trade. The deal went well after explaining where I needed price and payment to be they were able to make it work. I felt they really went to bat for me to get my business. They mentioned they could get a vehicle from any Morgan group auto. Unfortunately a week later I tried following up to make a second purchase after finding a Vehicle in network and never received a call or text back despite reaching out to salesman and Used Car Manager multiple times. The lack of follow up push my rating to fair and show little support after initial sale.

Being a single woman shopping for a vehicle I felt

Being a single woman shopping for a vehicle I felt totally taken advantage of from the extremely high PPP that I didn't get anything for as far as telling them I did not need a tag I already had one and they gave me a new tag the whole ordeal

This was the worst, most stressful consumer purchasing

This was the worst, most stressful consumer purchasing experience I have ever had - even though we paid cash. This was very surprising considering the reviews posted online. We were told by the manager Andrew that wiring funds between our bank and Rountree was not allowed - not true. Andrew said the concern was fraud. I asked for documents on the purchase of my new car - Jayden said they would be on a thumb drive - I asked for a printed copy as well. The money was wired, once the funds were sent, we were told that Rountree had no phone number to verify if the funds were received so they could not verify we just had to wait. We called both the salesperson Jayden and the manager Andrew several times and they never returned our calls. We were totally disrespected by the staff at Rountree. I was told 3 different times that my new car was on the way to be delivered to my workplace - which was not true - I was left with no way home. The car was finally delivered 5 hours after it was originally promised and without the documents for the purchase of the car. I spoke with Dallas Humphries and asked him to be sure that Jayden bought me the documents for the purchase of my new car. He came with Jayden to deliver the car when I asked him for the sales documents, he said he never told me Jayden would bring them. He then promised before witnesses that he would overnight the documents for the purchase of this car - I still have no documents.

Very positive experience.

Very positive experience. I worked with Moises and he was very welcoming, as was everyone else. They didn’t waste my time and got me in and out very quick. Hands down the most positive car buying experience I’ve ever had! Will be going back for any future vehicles
