Not a good experience having the sales manager step in

Not a good experience having the sales manager step in and take over the sales like there’s a war to fight. The feel you get when you get one estimate giving all details online to get to the dealer and they insist in adding services you don’t need that make the price go even higher. But if you ask for that to be removed than all of the sudden the monthly payment they printed and offered in person is no longer available… then saying they will “ fill up tank and service it before you get it but still get a warning light that’s supposed to go away once you drive a few more miles but never does. Don’t have much to say about Preston. They do make you fill out a review in front of them which is plain inappropriate to me. On the other hand Larry from finance was very nice, professional and respectful. the print/bill lady was nice as well.

On Jan 4 2022 this dealer Roundtree Moore Nissan sold me

On Jan 4 2022 this dealer Roundtree Moore Nissan sold me a 2016 Ford F150. It is now Nov 18 2022 and I have no title. Come to find out that this dealer purchased the truck from Manheim auto auction on Oct 29 2021. On Nov 7 2021 the auction notified them that there was no title available and to return the vehicle. They then knowingly that there was no title sold me the vehicle on Jan 4 2022. Fraud at it's best.
