im just giving u a heads up if u bought a car from route 8 be carefull we had a truck through them and had to put over 4,500 in repairs that should have... been covered under warrinty the drive shaft literly fell out while driving and when the motor blew they would not help and they were told from the 2nd day we got it something was wrong with the motor and we had payed everypayment on time and had it half payed off so we told them to come get now they are thhreating to sue us after they said they repopoed it
I cannot begin to express how horrible this company is. I first almost didn’t buy a car because I thought the dealer Andrew, was a bit of a jerk. However... my girlfriend found a car she liked so we bought it. A few short weeks after buying this Jeep, the transmission went out. We had the Jeep towed to the dealership, which we had to pay out of pocket for. After 3 days of not hearing anything we called, and he said the whole transmission was shot, a new one needs ordered. It’s now been 2 weeks today, with no Jeep still. Everytime we call we get “it’ll be a couple more days, it’s on the rack now” then a couple days go by, and we still get “the part took a week to come in, it’s on the rack now” His customer service is less than pleasant, and I’m left wondering how long until our car is finally finished?
I had such high hopes for this dealership in my vehicle I was let down so much I have had so many problems with this dealership I would not recommend this... dealership to anyone rather I knew them or not
Terrible customer service. Sold me a very nice LEMON!! Have had issues with them out the butt. Just not worth the hassle or they cash. Just an overall... bad experience! Would NOT recommend!
Would not recommend this place to anyone . Have had an awful time dealing with them. All they want is your money. Save yourself the frustration and money!!!!
Kevin was great to deal with took the car for a test drive and found a few very minor things and they were fixed and ready for delivery the next day! ... Very good Customer Service
Good car, I like it a lot. Did have a check engine light come on 4 days after . They Put a new gas cap on it .I though they were fooling with me but... no that fixed it.
