When it comes to purchasing anything large or small, I rely on reviews from others of the product or service in question, research and facts. I have been "researching" the perfect truck for me for over a year. I was searching for a used Ford F150 Lariat. I knew what I wanted for interior and exterior features as well as the budget amount to purchase the truck. Because of my research, I knew exactly what I was to pay for the make, model and year and condition of the truck. I finally ended up finding Auto Mart right next door in Derry where I saw a 2005 Ford F150 FX4 that had all the features I was looking for. I researched the dealership and finally stalked the parking lot. I came back and spoke with Don. Don was great to work with. He sent me on my way for a test drive. After the test drive and thorough inspection of the truck, I was ready to make a deal. Don was not in any way pushy or manipulative but rather fair and willing to negotiate. Don and I finally agreed on a price that was slightly above my set budget and slightly below the asking price. Lets say, we found a common ground and shook hands. I was thrilled. I found the truck I was searching for and paid what I had anticipated to pay for it. It had a spotless CarFax report, one past owner and all service records. After coming back the following day to finalize the paperwork and have the truck serviced and detailed for delivery, I drove away a new happy truck owner. But, not before Pete walked me through every feature of the truck inside and out. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and and personable. I would honestly recommend Auto Mart to any of my friends or acquaintances who may be shopping for a quality used car or truck at an affordable price. I am grateful to have finally ended up at Auto Mart after a year of truck shopping for I feel I got the best truck for me. I am confident that should any issues arise, they will stand behind the vehicle as they provide excellent customer service. However, I don't anticipate anything major as like I said, this truck was in great condition inside and out. Finally, this leads me to my most recent dealing with Auto Mart. The rear glass slider was inoperable as I noticed when inspecting the truck. At the time of purchase, I expressed that I would like to have this fixed prior to finalizing the sale. They agreed, had me bring the truck back 3 days later (they had to wait for the part to arrive) and had it installed. My phone conversations were with Chris, who was also the service technician who did the install. Chris was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent customer service. He promised when the repair would be done and was spot on. I would not hesitate for a second to have my truck serviced by Chris if ever needed. I am confident he knows his stuff and will always do a top notch job! Thank you to everyone at Auto Mart for turning a naturally intimidating car buying experience into a positive experience for me. I am happy with my "new" used truck and plan to have it for many years to come. When I am ready for a "new" used truck, I assure you...I will be back!

We just purchased a used chevy silverado from Automart and it was the easiest and best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had, and we have had many. Jim worked a small miracle with an unbelievable financing rate. Peter was a great no pressure salesman. We cannot say enough about how great the experiance was. Go see these guys if you are cosidering a used vehicle!!!!

We bought a used Corvette here recently. The salesman, Peter was very helpful and not pushy at all. Answered all our questions and we felt very comfortable purchasing this car from this dealership. Would do it again.

My wife and I went to Auto Mart,because of the positive reviews we read, We were interested in purchasing a vehicle that my wife, could get into easily, and give her the needed room and comfort to drive in. Don, our salesman was courteous, and listened carefully to what we required. He was sensitive to the needs of my wife and treated her with great dignity. We left the dealership, kind of discouraged, because the vehicle we liked was t more than what we could afford. Later that evening, Don called us to tell us we could buy the car for what we could afford. Today, we came home with our new car and could't be more happy! We will look to Auto Mart, in the future for our vehicle needs!!!

My wife and I just purchased a 2005 Corvette convertible (sight unseen) from AutoMart Derry, NH. A CarFax was supplied along with about 40 photographs. There were many phone conversations with several salesman, all very knowledgeable. I mainly wound up dealing with Joe on the final sale. Everything stated about the car was very factual. He gave us his sell phone # and advised to call anytime with any question. I must say I took advantage of this. This is the first car I ever purchased via. internet and sight unseen. To say the least we were nervous in doing so. Prior to delivery the vehicle was detailed for us and many text photo's sent by Joe on the progress. Delivery was suggested to be handled by Intercity Lines by Joe and a contact for them was given. This was another great move on his part. We were notified by Joe of the pickup again with many photo's taken and sent to us. Corvette was covered and wrapped in plastic inside of an enclosed tractor trailer and delivered. The whole process was smooth and professional. Everything told to us about the corvette was accurate. Thanks Joe and all salesmen involved with this sale. Ron & Janet
