This place is a complete fraud.

This place is a complete fraud. I purchased a 2008 Ford F150 from them in July of 2024. The truck only had 131,000 miles on it and it was clean both on the inside and out. However, I never made it home and at first when I contacted the salesperson he was apologetic and wanted to do everything he could to make it right. After a bit of legwork and paying for a diagnostic fee from my local Ford Dealer they were able to find the report that stated that the truck had a blown engine and it was recommended that it should be replaced and they agreed. After I spoke with Marco at Vista he told me that it was not there problem and they were not willing to do anything to make it right. I currently have open complaints with the following agencies: Washington State Attorney Generals Office, Washington State DOL and the FTC.

If you want a nice car don’t go to Vista Auto !

If you want a nice car don’t go to Vista Auto !!! Buy Elsewhere !!! My nieces Car died after 12 days. The Manager will not return her calls. No one wants to hear about her dead car & keep giving her the run around ! They did say their mechanic could give her a discount on the work to repair it there , at her expense . She had to have it towed to a local reputable mechanic she was referred to by a friend. After his inspection, he said it needs a new engine. But wouldn’t trust the car to not have other issues if replaced. It would cost around $6000. to replace the engine. Vista Auto car lot is dishonest, they took advantage of her, they told her she didn’t have a warranty, you bought it as is. They didn’t offer a warranty!! hmmm.. I wonder why? We paid the car off about the time the car died to avoid the 29.9 interest < ouch < She now has an expensive Yard Ornament . I am totally disgusted with the way Vista Auto has treated my Neice. I’m sure she is not the only one they have taken advantage of. But I guess if they did the honest approach, they would be out of business ! Please beware of Vista Auto.. Don’t get sucked in !!!!

I went to test drive an acura tlx and they wanted me to sign a liability waiver. I've bought several cars and have never had to sign a waiver before a test drive. I refused and walked away. Just gave me shady vibes!

If there could be less than one star, they would get that stay away they sell bad cars and high priced warranty and gap insurance you can get through your lender for way cheaper,These guys are crooks and mark up the price by thousands so the saleman put that money in they pocket.Also Marco Carbones Dad called me a xxxxx because i asked for a oil change and gas...While i was still in the office

If there could be less than one star, they would get that all lies. Day after we got the car I had to take it to the shop coolant everywhere in the coolant belts. All snapped his car. Been to the shop three times now I’ve driven it four times and had it a month. They didn’t bother saying that the insurance that I purchased, not for a month cost me over $2000 for this car when I brought it to their attention are made by humans and this is a used car ma’am. I understand it, but it shouldn’t break down the day after I get.

This dealership is incredibly unprofessional.

This dealership is incredibly unprofessional. My partner and I bought a car recently that the dealership stated would replace the master temperature control panel if we bought the parts.(the heater was stuck on 85) Over the last few weeks, we have had to fix issue upon issue with this car (tires were unsafe to drive, serpentine belt went out, power steering rack was put on wrong, etc) so a negative review was left on google. When we went to the dealership to schedule a time for the part to be replaced, we were told that they will not help us because we left a negative (honest) review even though Christian himself signed the paperwork that they would replace the control panel. He went as far to tell my partner she was trespassing and he would call the cops all because she told him his business practices were substandard. Do not do business here. Christian went as far to say “well, you bought this piece of xxxx car”, propetuating the stereotype of a grimey, used car salesman. Well done.

Wonderful

My family and I drove on to the lot and started looking at vehicles. We had seen a car on CarGurus and took a chance and drove over from the east side of the mountains. Now buying a used car is scary. But there was never any pressure to purchase. They showed us many cars and that were in our budget. Well now that we are home, we took it to our dealership and this car is solid. I can't thank them enough all their help and support. I would really recommend them 100%

Today I purchased a car from Vista Auto salesman Dion who is a very nice gentleman who took all the time needed to be sure we found the best car and price for us. He patiently provided all the information, never was pushy and I truly believe he wanted us to be happy with our experience. I give Dion thanks for what I consider a very nice car, just within my limited budget for a fair price. Could not ask for more. Joshua was very effecient with the paperwork. I would recommend this location for used car needs. I was pleasantly surprised how low key and easy the whole process was. Thank you.
