If there could be less than one star, they would get that

If there could be less than one star, they would get that stay away they sell bad cars and high priced warranty and gap insurance you can get through your lender for way cheaper,These guys are crooks and mark up the price by thousands so the saleman put that money in they pocket.Also Marco Carbones Dad called me a xxxxx because i asked for a oil change and gas...While i was still in the office

If there could be less than one star, they would get that

If there could be less than one star, they would get that all lies. Day after we got the car I had to take it to the shop coolant everywhere in the coolant belts. All snapped his car. Been to the shop three times now Iโ€™ve driven it four times and had it a month. They didnโ€™t bother saying that the insurance that I purchased, not for a month cost me over $2000 for this car when I brought it to their attention are made by humans and this is a used car maโ€™am. I understand it, but it shouldnโ€™t break down the day after I get.

This dealership is incredibly unprofessional.

This dealership is incredibly unprofessional. My partner and I bought a car recently that the dealership stated would replace the master temperature control panel if we bought the parts.(the heater was stuck on 85) Over the last few weeks, we have had to fix issue upon issue with this car (tires were unsafe to drive, serpentine belt went out, power steering rack was put on wrong, etc) so a negative review was left on google. When we went to the dealership to schedule a time for the part to be replaced, we were told that they will not help us because we left a negative (honest) review even though Christian himself signed the paperwork that they would replace the control panel. He went as far to tell my partner she was trespassing and he would call the cops all because she told him his business practices were substandard. Do not do business here. Christian went as far to say โ€œwell, you bought this piece of xxxx carโ€, propetuating the stereotype of a grimey, used car salesman. Well done.

Wonderful

My family and I drove on to the lot and started looking at vehicles. We had seen a car on CarGurus and took a chance and drove over from the east side of the mountains. Now buying a used car is scary. But there was never any pressure to purchase. They showed us many cars and that were in our budget. Well now that we are home, we took it to our dealership and this car is solid. I can't thank them enough all their help and support. I would really recommend them 100%

Today I purchased a car from Vista Auto salesman Dion who is a very nice gentleman who took all the time needed to be sure we found the best car and price for us. He patiently provided all the information, never was pushy and I truly believe he wanted us to be happy with our experience. I give Dion thanks for what I consider a very nice car, just within my limited budget for a fair price. Could not ask for more. Joshua was very effecient with the paperwork. I would recommend this location for used car needs. I was pleasantly surprised how low key and easy the whole process was. Thank you.

Called to inquire whether or not a car they had listed

Called to inquire whether or not a car they had listed was still available , never got a response . I would not recommend / refer this dealership to others in the future . It says a lot about their integrity when they can't even be bothered to respond to a potential customer

Awesome!!

Awesome deal on a 2017 Camry with low miles. Test drive was easy just drivers lic and insurance. Christian went with me and made sure we got the mirrors lined up. Josh did amazing getting me a low rate at the credit union! Great job guys! Thank You!

This place is not safe!

Okay ill be honest my credit was not the best and they helped me out really but not really. first off i was told to put down 3000 with a co signed agreement, then it was 4000 thousand by myself okay. of course i went with the 3000. my wife test drove the car. The wife heard a noise but i didn't drive with her so that's on me. but the sales rep gave no details about it. red flag 1. not even a week later the check engine light came on, It turns out i had to replace a sensor. They cleared the faults from the dash i know this because it was still stored in the main computer for the vehicle. red flag 2. driving down the road not even a full two weeks the car dead stops in the middle lane of the I5 doing 50 plus i could have xxxxing died,my family could have been with me. I could have killed someone else. the lack of consideration for the lives of the people behind the wheels they provide and the others on the road is a xxxxing shame. now i know this may come off like i'm just one of those people that just picked the wrong car at the wrong time however, no xxxxing way should anyplace be allowed to sell death traps. I hope when they read this someone says "you know what they're right we gotta do right by the people the that trust us with the live of the people they love.
