Last Monday we bought a 2010 Chevy Tahoe. We had Idany as our sales guy! He was awesome, took care of everything quickly, and really worked with all of our needs. Right after we purchased the SUV we has some complications with it causing it to me repairs ASAP. They took care of it right away for us, no questions asked, and all seems to be good. I was really worried because I have seen some horror stories in the past with used car dealer ships, but I recommend this lot hands down! They have made us very happy, and we love our SUV! Visited the dealership on Saturday in search of my first SUV. (Test drove Saturday, purchased Tuesday morning!) This dealer had a wide selection, but one SUV in particular jumped right out at me. It was a high mileage vehicle, but in great condition. The dealer had no problem with allowing my mechanic to come to test the systems on the truck and everything checked out great! The staff has authority to negotiate price and payments, so buying is easy. I am a single mom and felt absolutely NONE of the intimidation I felt while shopping at large dealerships. The staff here is definitely more concerned with the happiness of the customer than the number of sales they make. There are no stuffed shirts here in suits and ties, just a great bunch of real people trying their best to get you into the vehicle you WANT to drive. I love my new SUV! Thank you to everyone for a stress-free car buying experience!
