I contacted for avaiability and teice with questions. I received no response from any and finally called the sales agent who answered most of my questions. I asked to be notified of any price drops that might offset the estimated $800-$1000 shipping to walnut MS. I have no responses yet.

Lied about the price they have it listed at, went to go see the car and the car is marked 2000 more than what it’s listed as online. Do not shop here waste of time!

Shady and Untruthful
Have never had such a HORRIBLE experience! Downright untruthful practices and salesman!!! My husband spoke and texted to Naji about the orange Fiat 500X multiple times...asking very specific questions about the condition (hail, scratches, dings/dents, etc) and was told the car was clean, no problems, and good to go. Paid to have it delivered to Florida. So excited to see my car coming off the car trailer...until we started seeing all the hail damage. The entire roof and good was peppered with hail. Numerous deep hail dents along both upper door creases and both sides of car. My husband immediately called Naji to tell him what condition it arrived in and his reply was "That shi* wasn't there when it left here". Oh my gosh! What kind of professional salesman responds like that?! Luckily, the transport driver had not only taken pictures of all the hail damage BEFORE he loaded the car in NJ...he even let us know that he asked them if the buyers knew all about this damage and they said "Yes, absolutely". I found the owners contact info through another bad google review. My husband contacted him and the owner offered to pay for a local PDR shop to fix all the damage or return the car. I didn't feel comfortable keeping the car at all...if you'd blatantly lie about something so obvious - who knows what other problems are hiding that we can't see. Within a couple days another transport company picked up the vehicle and within a week later we had almost all our money back. Sadly, we're still out $1000. I strongly feel the shipping should have been refunded considering we didn't just change our mind...they outright LIED about the condition of the car.

Did Not Respond To My Questions
Inquired about a specific vehicle through Cars.com who sent the dealer my email. Asked the dealership a few questions about the vehicle. They responded quickly, thanking me for reaching out but did not answer any of my questions. Its like they never read my email. I emailed the dealership back telling them they did not answer my questions and so far, I have gotten no follow up responses. I needed to get answers to my questions before taking the time to visit the dealership, test drive the car etc. If they did not know the answers, just respond to me saying so and I would move on.

I had driven by this dealership many times when staying with my elderly Dad in Sewell and always admired the exceptional selection of vehicles that were featured for sale on their lot. When back home in Philadelphia , I never imagined that my search for a newer Lincoln Navigator would take me right to the place I always admired, but there I was. I found what I was looking for and the staff did everything they could to make this a seamless transition for me. I needed to bring the purchase back to have a paint issue taken care of, and they took care of it in a timely fashion, and to make me even happier, were able to get me the keyless entry code that I bugged them about.
