Excellent Service

Came in to get a recall serviced and it could not have been smoother. Everything was done efficiently and on time. Staff is super friendly and waiting area was spaced for social distancing and spotless. I will be back for sure!

In general great, but made a fairly big mistake this time

The dealership is great. Made a careless error last time I was in. I told them I had a slow leak in the front right tire when I brought it in. After waiting almost 2 hours, they told me there was nothing wrong with the car ( in itself commendable for a dealership, as opposed to finding something to charge me for). Then I waited another 2.5 hours for them to change the tire. Relaying this feedback to support future improvements.

Very helpful

Very responsive to buyers questions and following up . They go the extra mile unlike other dealerships. No need to worry about parking they have valet service available

Terrible.

My wife and I paid for tire insurance with you when we bought our car. When we called to schedule a tire repair, we were transferred a number of times and never got any of the answers we were looking for. Instead, we were almost completely ignored and brushed off. Now we're left wondering why we paid 500 dollar insurance in the first place? Have we been ripped off? We'll be getting our tire fixed elsewhere and sending the bill to Subaru. Let's see if they do the right thing.

Missing Management

I brought my car in at 9am for a 30k and inspection. At 10:30 I got a call breaks were needed I said yes she said ready about noon. I came in at 11:30 and asked for update the man ion the office said he’d come to me with one in a couple of minutes. He never did. 90 minutes later I checked in an was told and hour. 30 minutes later I saw my care get driven in. More than an hour later still not ready. Any time I asked for an update I got nothing. ADDITIONALLY multiple staff weren’t wearing masks and the valet kept having his around his chin. Manager was completely absent AND several other people complained about the same issue with inaccurate and lack of time information.

Always excellent professional service!

I scheduled my free airbag upgrade and also had the cabin filter and the oil changed. The price was fair for the extra maintenance services and all employees where wearing face coverings and observing social distancing. Thanks for paying attention Bay Ridge Subaru!
