    I bought my car here a month ago and during the time it spent in my driveway a considerable amount of liquid was pooling under my car. The amount was... such that if the dealer had inspected the car before putting it on the lot for sale, they would have noticed it and fixed it. The repair bill was $300.00. I told the service manager if I had purchased the car from an individual I would have taken it to a mechanic before signing the paperwork and would have asked for the leak to be fixed before I purchased the vehicle but since I purchased it from a dealer I assumed they would have given it an clean bill of health. The service manager checked with the salesperson who sold me my car originally and he refused to make an adjustment on the bill. Then the service manager asked another man who also told him no, to charge me the full amount. I was disgusted. The service manager finally said he'd take $100.00 off my bill. When I purchased the car it clearly had not been there long because they hadn't even done the safety inspection yet. I think the service after the sale was completely lacking. I kick myself because I paid their asking price. If you buy from them, make you get a clean bill of health on the car first. Also, they say they wash your car each time it's in for service, but the two times my car has been in there, they were too busy to wash it. Deep sigh.

    I have been looking for the car I purchased for about a year. Found the car and called Northtown even auto and was lucky to have Carl carter answer the... phone. I made an offer for the car and Carl got back to me in about 10 minutes. I made another offer and had a very nice conversation with Carl about this process and again after taking to the owner they came back with an agreement we both could live with. I live in Massachusetts and doing a deal long distance was a little concerning I did not see the car in person but Carl assured me the car was on great shape and I would not be disappointed when it arrived. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis on what I needed and put me in touch with Keith to get all of the paperwork completed. I hope the owner of the company gets to read this because he should be very, very proud to have such dedicated employees working for the company. I only wished i could have met Carl and Keith to thank them ln person

    Buying a car here was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesman Todd Wood was absolutely amazing. The finance manager... didn't try to hustle on the warranty and made me feel very comfortable about my new car. Overall this is a great dealership and one that I will look to in the future and will recommend to any one I know looking for a new car.

    It was horrible. They told me to come and look at a car and they had no idea where the car was. Gave me a big runaround and never did make the car available... to look at. Even said they would bring the car to me. what a joke. i wouldn't recommend buying a car from there.

    My wife & I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few weeks & just couldn't decide on a make or on a dealership, for that matter. But, when we... met Carl Carleton at Northtowne Mitsubishi, we instantly knew we found our salesman! Carl is, HANDS DOWN, the best (and I cringe using this term, because of the bad stigma associated with it) car salesman either of us have ever encountered!!! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, nice throughout the entire process. Even John in financing was great.     Carl and Nick went above and beyond to find us what we wanted in a vehicle and meet our price requirements. We were so impressed and happy with their service... that we immediately bought a second vehicle for my husband. They even went so far as to find my husband what he wanted at another dealership and have it for him the very next day. We will be customers here again in the future, and will highly recommend the Nothtowne automotive family!

    My husband and I traded in a 2011 Outlander GT back in September for a 2013 Outlander Sport. We worked with Carl and he was very helpful, enthusiastic,... professional and knowledgeable. We went back to the dealership on Feb 14, 2014 to get the vehicles first oil change. When Carl saw us, he came right over and wanted to know how we liked the vehicle. Sadly, that following Monday night on Feb 17, I hit a deer on I -80 in Iowa on my way to see my family in WI. We called Carl on the evening of Feb 24th and let him know what happened and asked him if he could find another Outlander Sport same as the one I totaled? We also asked him about other vehicles that we were interested in looking at. Carl jumped through hoops to locate the vehicles that my husband and I wanted to test drive. The next morning, Carl had the vehicles ready for us, plus he had started working on the numbers with another awesome employee, Stan in the Finance Dept and they were able to lower our payments and interest rate. I had a free oil change voucher I had not used, the wonderful people in the Service Dept came and got my husbands vehicle that we had drove to the dealership in, and did an oil change with an already full schedule...they made time to take care of his car as well as it was overdue for an oil change. This is our third vehicle bought through this dealership and on all occasions we were treated as if we were the most important people they would have helped on those days. Thank you for putting "customer" back into customer service and making an accident and loss of a car I loved and easier process and putting me into a car I love even more. *****
